Summary
The Psychometrician is responsible for leading the analysis, development, and validation of high-stakes assessments and certification programs. This role applies advanced measurement and psychometric principles to support the design, maintenance, and continuous improvement of credentialing solutions in compliance with industry and accreditation standards (e.g., NCCA). The Psychometrician partners closely with clients, subject matter experts, and internal teams to conduct data analysis, produce technical documentation, support certification implementation, and deliver defensible, data-driven solutions that enhance workforce development and professional credentialing initiatives.
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Conduct data analysis on assessments (i.e., pilot-tests, production versions, ongoing maintenance) and surveys (e.g., item-level, test-level, demographics, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist with the development and execution of certification assessments so all aspects are compliant with major third-party accreditation standards (e.g., NCCA)</li>
<li>Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making when providing solutions to clients considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions on certification implementation and maintenance</li>
<li>Build and maintain excellent client relationships</li>
<li>Apply active learning to understand the implications of new information when developing credential solutions to meet client needs, wants, and constraints (i.e., analyze client needs and requirements to create a viable solution while remaining in compliance with industry best practices and NCCA accreditation standards)</li>
<li>Conduct literature reviews and develop reports for research projects, including reviewing academic and business literature</li>
<li>Focus your written communication skills to develop visual representations of data analysis for client deliverables and presentations, to prepare technical reports, validation documents and official documentation in support of the defensibility of high stakes assessments</li>
<li>Your skillful ability to communicate will help to facilitate meetings with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Thought Leaders to support project needs (e.g., test development, certification program development, certification reporting, etc.) and to make client presentations, coordinate examination review committees, and participate in professional organizations</li>

Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Must be well versed in measurement principles, test construction, and test validation.</li>
<li>Ten (10) years of experience in the development of skill standards.</li>
<li>Ten (10) years of experience in the development, administration and interpretation of psychometrically-sound tests and other assessment instruments.</li>
<li>Seven (7) years of experience developing technical/program documentation that meets accreditation standards.</li>
<li>Ten (10) years of experience generating, utilizing, and communicating item and test -level statistics (using CTT or IRT)</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance</li>

Education:

<li>Education: Masters degree from an accredited university with a focus on educational measurement, quantitative psychology, or industrial/organizational psychology.</li>

Position Summary:
This role is vital to both the day-to-day operations and the long-term success of our business. Based in the Belgrade, Montana area, the Propane Delivery Driver I is responsible for the safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of bulk propane to an established customer base. The position also involves assisting with new tank installations, operating crane trucks, and performing light service work such as gas checks.
 
We are willing to train candidates in propane delivery; however, all required CDL endorsements must be obtained prior to hire. This is a hands-on position that requires motivation, adaptability, and the ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment.
 
Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Provide excellent customer service during all deliveries and service calls.</li>

Neurobehavioral Center for Growth is seeking a part-time psychometrist 3 days a week in our South Ogden office to assist in psychological and neuropsychological testing of children and individuals across the lifespan. There are potential growth opportunities available in the role within our company.
Our psychometrists work under the direction of a team of licensed psychologists and neuropsychologists in several offices from South Ogden to Salt Lake City. This position would primarily be in our South Ogden location after training.
This would be great position for someone with a psychology major or undergraduate degree in psychology to gain firsthand experience in the psychology field.
 
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A bachelors degree in psychology or other relevant major i.e. neuroscience</li>
</ul>
Preferred Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Experience with the mental and behavioral health field and patient population</li>
<li>Experience working with children</li>
<li>Experience with assessment or research, statistical analysis</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Administration and scoring of neuropsychological, psychological, personality, and academic assessments to clients of all ages and abilities.</li>
<li>Prepare all materials, protocols, and stimuli needed for administration. This involves entering in client information to determine start points and norms for data collection.</li>
<li>Assessments must be administered and scored professionally, ethically and by following specific directions.</li>
<li>Scanning and uploading all of the results to the clients file for the psychologist to then interpret.</li>
<li>Entering all of the numerical data derived from the assessments into the clients pending report.</li>
<li>Build rapport with the client, ensure their level of comfort, and sense their needs during the testing session.</li>
