Job DescriptionDescriptionAt CEPRA Landscape, we design, build, and maintain world-class landscapes and cultivate the people behind them. As a privately owned company, we specialize in commercial landscape maintenance and construction, proudly serving the Central and West Coast Florida markets.

Our Enhancement Crew Leaders take a hands-on approach to transforming and maintaining commercial landscapes. They guide and inspire their teams, oversee projects to ensure safety and efficiency, and consistently deliver the highest level of quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise crew members to complete all installation tasks safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks by following production and installation plans, ensuring proper sequencing and meeting project deadlines.
  • Train and coach team members on proper installation techniques, safety procedures, and correct use of tools and equipment.
  • Maintain clear communication with management, providing timely updates on project progress and proactively identifying potential challenges or hazards.
  • Perform hands-on installation work alongside the crew, including grading, planting, sod installation, irrigation setup, hardscape placement, and other related tasks.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, create punch lists, and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved or exceeded.
  • Monitor and perform basic preventative maintenance on tools, trucks, and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  • Enforce company safety policies and ensure full compliance with all safety regulations


Qualifications:

  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record
  • Experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related field
  • Knowledge of Florida landscape plant/tree material & planting techniques
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • English communication skills required (Spanish a plus)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to lead group with diverse backgrounds
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions (Mon–Thu, 10-hour shifts)
