Essential Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience who are dependable, motivated, and customer service-driven. Job Duties
- Conduct property tours and effectively communicate the features and benefits of the community
- Guide prospective residents through the application and leasing process
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing regulations throughout the leasing process
- Process lease agreements, renewals, move-in/move-out documentation, and income certifications
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Accurately handle deposits and rent payments
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure files meet audit standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience with LIHTC/TAX CREDIT housing
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance requirements
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar leasing software
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing
- Availability to work weekends as needed
