 What You’ll Do 
<ul>
<li> Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans </li>
<li> Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors </li>
<li> Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality </li>
<li> Maintain 30&nbsp;billable hours per week </li>
<li> Collaborate within a pod model to support peers and promote clinical consistency </li>
<li> Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development </li>
</ul>
 What You Bring 
<ul>
<li> A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field </li>
<li> An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst ( BCBA ) certification </li>
<li> Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs </li>
<li> Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)</li>
<li> TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance </li>
<li> Spanish-speaking is a plus </li>

Job Description
We're looking for skilled Automotive Technicians with experience in performing vehicle diagnostics, repairs and maintenance. Must be able to diagnose drivability problems and perform most mechanical repairs to engines, brakes, exhaust, suspension, heating and air conditioning systems. Need to be able to perform alignments, fluid flushes and other routine maintenance services. Must have tools. ASE certifications are a plus.
Competitive pay, ranging from $42,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and certifications. Friendly work environment. Competitive pay, employer sponsored retirement plan with matching funds, health insurance, paid holidays, vacation and sick leave. Uniforms provided.
Monday through Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm. No weekends.
