Job Overview:
This brand-new state-of-the-art facility is scheduled to open in May 2025. Interviews will begin in March 2025.
We are looking for technicians/mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guest.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest&nbsp;</li>
<li>Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li>
<li>Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectively</li>
<li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li>
<li>Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications 
Qualifications:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Positive attitude and a desire to serve guest</li>
<li>3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic</li>
<li>ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve</li>
<li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles</li>
<li>Meet or exceed hourly goals</li>
<li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes</li>
<li>Professional appearance and strong communication</li>
<li>A desire for long-term career development</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds</li>
<li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li>
<li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair</li>
<li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools</li>
<li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday</li>
<li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles</li>
<li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li>
</ul>

Purpose: The Laboratory Technician I performs laboratory analytical tests on raw materials and finished products following the established parameters (policies, FDA, cGMP) and applicable regulations without impact to the manufacturing cycle or the laboratory workflow. This position must comply with all security guidelines, Environmental Health and Safety regulations and current Good Laboratory (cGLP) and Good Manufacturing (cGMP) Practices required by the job functions.
 Responsibilities:

<li>Responsible for performing laboratory analytical tests on the raw materials and finished products following the established parameters (policies, FDA, cGMP) and applicable regulations without impact to the manufacturing cycle or the laboratory workflow.</li>

<li>Resolve typical technical problems with minimum supervision.</li>

<li>Provide assistance to operations in accordance with environmental management, occupational health and safety (EHS) systems and promote continuous improvement. Qualifications:

<li>Associate degree in Science required. Major in Chemistry is strongly preferred.</li>
<li>No previous experience required. Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques preferred.</li>
<li>Computer knowledge such as Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.</li>
<li>Must possess and demonstrate the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under minimal supervision.</li>
<li>Basic verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.</li>
