Temporary Part Time Receptionist is responsible for operating telephone/communication center and serving as the information/referral center for all residents, staff, and departments. Provides services and support to staff in a manner that meets or exceeds community expectations.

About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to lead the design and execution of large-scale cleanroom and controlled environment projects (typically $30M$100M) in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. This is a client-facing leadership role, overseeing all technical, budgetary, and scheduling aspects from design through construction.
What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and A/E firms.</li>
<li>Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC and mechanical systems from schematic design to construction documents.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional design coordination (MEP, structural, architectural).</li>
<li>Specify and coordinate HVAC equipment (AHUs, chillers, boilers, etc.).</li>
<li>Approve and review detailed MEP design drawings and calculations.</li>
<li>Monitor scope, budget, and timelines while maintaining code compliance.</li>
<li>Conduct value engineering to maximize performance and cost-effectiveness.</li>
<li>Guide Revit/CAD workflows and supervise technical team members.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (Masters a plus)</li>
<li>8+ years in mechanical/HVAC/MEP engineering (life sciences or cleanrooms strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Experience managing multimillion-dollar construction projects</li>
<li>Skilled in HVAC design for temperature/humidity-controlled environments</li>
<li>Knowledge of cleanroom systems, process piping, and fluid handling</li>
<li>Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit</li>
<li>Familiar with ASHRAE, NFPA, and other relevant codes</li>
<li>Excellent client communication and project management skills</li>
<li>Background in construction, engineering consulting, or life sciences required</li>

Your Role:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on Hyundai and other vehicles
</li>
<li>
Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to ensure safety and performance
</li>
<li>
Maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work area

Accurately document work and communicate with service advisors

Stay current with factory bulletins and technical updates
</li>

Qualifications:
