This position works directly with other machinists, the machine shop supervisor, welding, and steek prep. Dependent on the project, this position may also work with Application Engineering, Production Engineering, Quality, and Research and Development to help us improve and develop our products, machinery, and processes and procedures. We are looking for an individual to join our assembly team. This position will work directly with other assemblers and assembly supervisors on a daily basis to ensure production goals are met. This role may also work with our Research and Development department as well as our Engineering department to test equipment, tools, and products.
How will you make a difference? 
As a member of the Assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly of our MESABI Heat Exchangers. The assembly team does a variety of tasks depending on the day – anything from installing grommets, to assembling fans, motors, belts, etc., to building crates for the final product to be shipped in. This diverse role allows employees to work with a variety of power tools while having the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills. This role may also observe, guide, and assist with training. This position works directly with other assemblers, assembly supervisors, and the production manager when necessary.
This position rotates shifts every other week on days and afternoons. Day shift operates Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm. Afternoon operates Monday through Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm. OT is possible depending on production needs.

Who will you be working with?

As a Tube Machine Operator, you will work directly with other tubers and tubing supervisors on a daily basis to ensure production goals are met. This position works directly with other tubers, the tubing supervisors, Assembly, Research &amp; Development, and the Production Manager when necessary.
How will you make a difference? 
As a member of the Tubing team, you will be responsible for manufacturing, producing, assembling, and inspecting tubes on the solder line. You will also be responsible for filling out and maintaining appropriate forms to support production. This role is unique as it is part of what makes our product unique and stand out in the Heat Transfer market. In this role, you may also observe, guide, and assist with training. We are looking for individuals of all skill levels. We will train you! This position reports directly to the Tubing Supervisor.
This shift is Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am. OT is possible depending on production needs. This position offers $1/hr. shift differential pay when clocked into midnight hours.

Job Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the store including: supervision of assigned staff and clients, customer service, merchandising, production, reports, security of money and goods and housekeeping.
Duties and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee all basic store operations including supervising assigned staff, enforcing store and agency policies, handling customer needs and complaints, and managing sales and production areas.</li>
<li>Maintain a neat and clean retail store keeping merchandise counters, shelves, racks and displays fully stocked and in order. Enhance sales through attractive displays that are changed regularly.</li>
<li>Manage the production area of the store: schedule adequate staff and effectively write daily assignments to meet or exceed in-store production goals. Monitor daily and weekly production levels on Daily Production Tracking Board; maintain quality control of contributed goods and pricing levels per guidelines; monitor the salvage process to ensure maximum value from all donations; accurately inventory and return all required product to the Garfield facility.</li>

L&amp;M Radiator, Inc. is a global designer, manufacturer, and distributor of MESABI cooling and heat transfer solutions that are custom-made for heavy equipment in the mining, oil, gas, construction and heavy industrial industries. We are looking for an individual to join our assembly team. This position will work directly with other assemblers and assembly supervisors on a daily basis to ensure production goals are met. This role may also work with our Research and Development department as well as our Engineering department to test equipment, tools, and products.
How will you make a difference? 
As a member of the Assembly team, you will be responsible for the assembly of our MESABI Heat Exchangers. The assembly team does a variety of tasks depending on the day – anything from installing grommets, to assembling fans, motors, belts, etc., to building crates for the final product to be shipped in. This diverse role allows employees to work with a variety of power tools while having the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills. This role may also observe, guide, and assist with training. This position works directly with other assemblers, assembly supervisors, and the production manager when necessary.
This shift is Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm to 6:00am. OT is possible depending on production needs. This position offers $1/hr. shift differential pay when clocked into midnight hours.
