<li>Water Quality: Install and service water conditioning equipment, such as water softeners and filtration systems.</li>
<li>Customer Experience: Clearly communicate the diagnosis, required scope of work, repair options, and costs to homeowners. Ensure the work area is left clean and tidy upon completion.</li>
<li>Documentation: Accurately complete work orders, invoices, material logs, and time records using company-provided technology.</li>
<li>Emergency Response: Participate in the on-call rotation to provide timely, after-hours emergency plumbing service to clients.</li>

Qualifications Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Licensure: Current Journeyman or Master Plumber License valid in the state of Tennessee is required.</li>
<li>Technical Knowledge: Strong, comprehensive working knowledge of all residential plumbing systems, including domestic water, natural gas, and drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems.</li>
<li>Tools &amp; Equipment: Proficiency in using plumbing tools, including pipe cutters, torches for soldering/brazing, various wrenches, and diagnostic equipment.</li>
<li>Communication: Excellent verbal communication and professional interaction skills with team members and homeowners.</li>
<li>Mobility: Valid state-issued Driver's License and a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Physical Stamina: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs, handle tools, and maneuver in tight/confined spaces (crawlspaces, under sinks) and in various weather conditions.</li>

Preferred Qualifications

<li>Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience specifically performing residential plumbing service and installation work.</li>
<li>Backflow Testing Certification or willingness to obtain immediately.</li>
<li>Experience with advanced water treatment and conditioning systems.</li>
<li>Formal completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program.</li>
