The ideal candidate would have 10+ years of leadership experience in landscape services or a related field, including full P&amp;L ownership at or above $10 to 15M, be calm under pressure, clear in communication, and consistent in decision-making. Capable of leading teams through growth while maintaining stability, performance, and culture. Prior exposure across multiple disciplines within fire protection (sprinkler construction, design, estimating, special hazards, alarm, inspections/testing, deficiency work, etc.) is strongly preferred.
