QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience 6 consecutive months JIB experience and 100% certified in all workstations for internal promotes, or 1-year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail customer service environment.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Team Leader training classes; and in certain states, must be ServSafe certified. Requires ability to speak, read, and write effectively in English; and may require ability to speak another language to guests based on location of restaurant. Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to perform and understand basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); ability to work well with diverse groups of people; proven analytical skills; and good organization and planning skills. Is a self-starter who takes initiative and willingly accepts responsibility. Basic knowledge of personal computers and related software applications. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior.

 POSITION SUMMARY:
 Responsible for managing the overall operations of a Jack in the Box unit. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for ensuring effective execution of the Service Profit Chain (SPC) and Brand Promise. Develops team to provide excellent internal service, external service, and build restaurant sales and profit while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

 External Recruit: Minimum of 3 years experience managing a service concept with full P&amp;L responsibility.

Job DescriptionChildren's Therapy Place, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for our Boise clinic. Children’s Therapy Place is a full-service outpatient pediatric therapy practice with locations in the Treasure Valley and Magic Valley. Our clinics provide Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, and behavioral and developmental support through our Developmental Disabilities Agency. What you’ll do:
<ul>
<li>Provides Speech Therapy services to clients and initiates referrals when appropriate and in accordance with Speech Therapy Department procedures.</li>
<li>Evaluates clients to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation. Conducts specialized evaluations as indicated.</li>
<li>Develops treatment plans by identifying a problem list, including short and long term goals and methods to achieve identified goals.</li>
<li>Implements and conducts treatment plan as outlined in treatment plan.</li>
<li>Monitors client’s response to intervention and modifies treatment as indicated to attain goals.</li>
<li>Documents results of clients’ assessment, treatment, follow-up, and termination of services.</li>
<li>Adapts treatment to meet the individual needs of the client.</li>
<li>Recommends and obtains appropriate equipment to improve client’s communication. Instructs client and family in use of augmentative communication devices.</li>
<li>Instructs client and family in appropriate speech-language procedures or home program to allow carry over of therapeutic remediation and goals in daily activities.</li>

<li>A Master’s Degree</li>
<li>Certification of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language-Hearing from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association</li>
<li>CF candidates are encouraged to apply</li>
<li>Must be eligible to be licensed in the state of Idaho</li>
<li>Pediatric experience preferred</li>
