Inspects, compiles, and records data for the project manager to compare records and reports production, consumption of material, quality control, and work performance efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Compiles and records data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and individual worker production sheets following prescribed recording procedures and using different word processing techniques. </li>
<li>Calculates types and quantities of items produced, materials used, amount of scrap, frequency of defects, and worker and department production rates, using a computer, calculator, and/or spreadsheets. </li>
<li>Writes production reports based on data compiled, tabulated and computed, following prescribed formats, maintaining files of documents used and prepared, compiling detailed production sheets or work tickets for use by production workers as guides in maintaining quality of work within the scope of the contract. </li>
<li>Prepares written schedules based on established guidelines and priorities, compiles material inventory records and prepares requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies charts production using chart, graph, or pegboard based on statistics compiled for reference by management personnel.</li>
<li>Establishes, records, and reports findings of a detailed quality control program, ensuring that tasks identified within this PWS are met to an acceptable quality level.</li>
<li>Ensures deficiencies identified through inspection are tracked and followed to completion or correction. </li>
<li>Advises supervisors of deficiencies and recommends corrective actions to be taken.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum three (3) years experience in production control systems, programs policies, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a security clearance</li>
<li>US Citizen </li>
<li>Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner</li>
<li>Ability to maintain effective working relationships, professional demeanor, and attitude</li>
<li>Ability to work cooperatively with military and civilian workforce</li>
<li>High School diploma or GED</li>

Job DescriptionEssential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the overall clinical, technical and administrative functions at the location on record regarding the Home Respiratory Therapist program. 
<ul>
<li>Responsible for the installation/delivery of respiratory therapist equipment and provision of all needed supplies and products to the patients in the home and ongoing assessment of patients and equipment. </li>
<li>Is responsible for clinical contact with the physician, referred contacts, health care practitioners, and others involved in the care of the patients referred to Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed for home respiratory therapist services. </li>
<li>Is responsible for the maintenance of records, charting, progress notes, clinical files, equipment records, preventative maintenance records, and other necessary documentation. </li>
<li>Is responsible to maintain accurate inventory of all Sleep Management/VieMed assets and supplies. </li>
<li>Is responsible for vehicle maintenance and service (paid for by Sleep Management, LLC d/b/a VieMed). </li>
<li>Ensures that vehicle is maintained per applicable accreditation standards at all times. </li>
<li>Is responsible to ensure all pertinent demographic information is updated regularly and with any change in personal or professional status. </li>
<li>Is responsible for the overseeing of all applicable regulatory rules and guidelines as pertains to the staff respiratory therapist. </li>

<li>Ensures proper, accurate, and safe operation of all equipment prior to installation. </li>
<li>Is required to provide availability for patient contact and response to patient needs. </li>
<li>Will work with fellow RTs in the area on a rotating on-call schedule. </li>
<li>Will work with team members (other RTs, PCC’s and various departments) to insure tasks completed.</li>
