Runners are responsible for continual set-up and prompt delivery of food to guests when the order is completed by the kitchen. Also responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of food presentation is being maintained.

From your morning walk-through with operations to your afternoon ROI review, you’ll blend hands-on engineering with strategic project leadership. As a seasoned mechanical engineer in a process or chemical manufacturing setting, you’ll elevate equipment performance, strengthen reliability, and champion safe, compliant processes.
Compensation &amp; Travel

<li>Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience, education, certifications, and skills)</li>
<li>Travel: Up to 25%</li>

Your Day-to-Day
<ul>
<li>Lead cross-functional facility and manufacturing improvements—from scoping and budgeting to ROI modeling and execution.</li>
<li>Design, test, and iterate on new and existing mechanical systems to drive efficiency and uptime.</li>
<li>Partner with maintenance and production to troubleshoot mechanical, motion, and hydraulic issues; provide pragmatic fixes that stick.</li>
<li>Apply continuous improvement and root-cause analysis to eliminate chronic losses and prevent recurrence.</li>
<li>Verify products, systems, and processes meet all relevant codes and standards.</li>
<li>Build and support capital project documentation using TPM tools and the six-step management methodology.</li>
<li>Train teams on new equipment and processes so changes are adopted safely and effectively.</li>
<li>Communicate project status clearly to stakeholders with cadence-based updates.</li>
</ul>
What You BringRequired
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>10+ years in industry, ideally within chemical or process manufacturing.</li>
<li>High proficiency with AutoCAD for electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings.</li>
<li>Advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, motion, and hydraulic systems.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation devices, and PLCs for basic troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Proven track record delivering results with cross-functional partners.</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>3D modeling experience (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Navisworks).</li>
<li>Six Sigma Black Belt certification.</li>
<li>Background in chemical manufacturing.</li>
</ul>
