What You Bring to the Table:

Position Summary:
 
Facilitate and manage therapeutic group programming for youth within a trauma-informed framework. The Group Therapist will lead evidence-based group sessions focused on skill-building, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, while fostering a safe and inclusive environment. Provide clinical feedback on group dynamics and youth progress, collaborate with the treatment team, and engage families through support groups. Contribute to discharge planning by recommending ongoing group or specialized therapy needs.
 
Primary responsibilities:
 
Trauma Informed Care
<ul>
<li>In coordination with the team, creates and drives a trauma-informed environment; establishing and maintaining a positive treatment culture and making necessary changes to ensure success.</li>
<li>Participate in the youth treatment planning process with a focus on group therapy goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Provide individualized, youth focused, strengths and evidence-based group or specialized therapy models to youth and families. Examples: Art therapy, Music Therapy</li>
<li>Document group notes promptly and accurately in the electronic health record in accordance with licensing, accreditation, and agency standards.</li>
<li>Attendance and participation in mandatory clinical supervision and team case consultation meetings in accordance with program expectations.</li>
<li>Conduct group therapy sessions in the therapeutic milieu as well as specialty therapy sessions one on one with youth in accordance with their treatment plans.</li>
<li>Address and mediate conflicts within the group and ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.</li>
<li>Provide clinical feedback to the treatment team regarding youth participation, progress, and group dynamics.</li>
<li>Collaborate with family support groups to engage and educate families in the treatment process.</li>

Milieu Coordination
<ul>
<li>Plan, develop, and facilitate therapeutic groups focused on skill-building, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, trauma-informed care, and other clinically relevant topics. Contribute to the development and refinement of group curricula and programming.</li>
<li>Adapt group activities and curriculum to meet the developmental and cultural needs of diverse youth populations.</li>
<li>Utilize evidence based practices such as CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma informed approaches.</li>
<li>Participate in all youth related treatment team meetings, using family centered language and youth driven principals.</li>
<li>Serve as a clinical treatment team leader to YCPs. This includes but is not limited to modeling and coaching staff on rapport building with clients, trauma-informed practices, and de-escalation techniques on the treatment milieu as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with residential staff on behavioral and therapeutic interventions to maintain consistency.</li>
<li>Be available on-call for consultation/treatment direction and/or decisions when appropriate.</li>
<li>Assess readiness for discharge in conjunction with the treatment team. Provide feedback related to ongoing group or specialized therapy recommendations post discharge.</li>
</ul>
 
Community Care
<ul>
<li>Communicate with the treatment team to include all desired and necessary family members, educational, legal, community, and social service providers (as well as all-natural supports that the youth and family identify) to gather all necessary information to inform and support the treatment process.</li>
<li>Ensures that all required client reports, records, and all documentation are produced accurately and maintained in a consistent, timely, and professional manner according to policy and regulated statutes.</li>
<li>Educate and facilitate trainings for staff on trauma informed practices, clinical diagnosis treatment processes, and other clinically relevant training material.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings, program clinical team meetings, therapy clinical supervision sessions, and in-service as required.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality regarding mental health, medical issues, background treatment and comply with all HIPAA related requirements.</li>
<li>Remains current on all company policies, assigned trainings and/or certification requirements.</li>
<li>All other tasks and duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Required Education and Licensure:
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences, human services, social work, marriage &amp; family therapy, psychology, counseling, or clinically related fields</li>
<li>Must be on track to complete licensure for a specific, related discipline</li>
<li>And/or currently holds a provisional/intermediary license for a specific track (i.e. LGSW, LMSW, LAMFT or LPC)</li>

The Petroleum Drafter is responsible for developing detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. This role involves using CAD software to create blueprints for construction and customer sites. The Petroleum Drafter collaborates closely with the Construction Coordinator, Construction department, and Sales team to ensure that all designs are accurate, compliant with industry standards, and align with project specifications.

In consultation with the Land Services Director and senior project leadership, the Land Services Project Manager will manage land services projects from conception to completion, inclusive of managing client relationships, project delivery, and mentoring staff and pursuing growth opportunities.
The Land Services Project Manager will support the delivery of land acquisition, title research, and right-of-way services for energy and infrastructure projects while ensuring projects are executed efficiently, in accordance with contract requirements, and consistent with Merjent's commitment to quality, safety, and professional integrity.
This is a full-time benefits eligible opportunity that will be based out of Wisconsin and/ or Minnesota. However, while we are seeking individuals living in these states, we will also consider Project Managers willing to travel to project sites for extended periods. The anticipated annual salary for this position is between $111,300 and $145,300 annually, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

responsibilities

Project &amp; Program Management
<ul>
<li>Lead land services project scopes for energy and infrastructure projects, including transmission, distribution, substations, renewables, and pipeline projects.</li>
<li>Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, work plans, and land-related deliverables from initiation through closeout.</li>
<li>Track project performance, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, quality, or budget.</li>
<li>Prepare and review proposals, work orders, scope changes, and supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Ensure all land services activities comply with contract requirements, client expectations, and Merjent's quality and professional standards.</li>
</ul>

Land Services Execution &amp; Coordination
<ul>
<li>Direct land acquisition efforts, including easements, fee acquisitions, access agreements, licenses, and temporary workspace.</li>
<li>Oversee title research, ownership verification, encumbrance analysis, and resolution of title issues.</li>
<li>Interview, hire, manage, and coordinate right-of-way agents, title agents, surveyors, and subconsultants to ensure timely, accurate delivery.</li>
<li>Review land-related deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and consistency prior to client submission.</li>
</ul>

Client, Stakeholder &amp; Team Collaboration
<ul>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on land services scope, schedule, budget, and overall project status.</li>
<li>Coordinate with landowners, legal counsel, surveyors, engineers, environmental teams, and permitting agencies.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver project status updates, reports, and forecasts to clients and internal leadership.</li>
<li>Mentor and support land services staff and field teams, fostering professional development and consistent project delivery.</li>
</ul>

Financial &amp; Administrative Oversight
<ul>
<li>Monitor project budgets and support accurate, timely invoicing in accordance with contract terms, including time-and-materials and not-to-exceed agreements.</li>
<li>Support proposal development, scope refinement, and change management activities.</li>
<li>Maintain organized, complete, and auditable project documentation and records.</li>
</ul>

qualifications and experience
<ul>
<li>5+ years' experience in the land services industry, with 3+ years of land services project management experience in the energy industry.</li>
<li>Experience in land acquisition, energy, real estate, permitting, project development, and/or client facing consulting, with a focus on transmission line and pipeline infrastructure project management preferred.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in geography, real estate, planning, project management, business, or related fields preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Initiative-taking problem-solver with the ability to assist in planning resources to keep land service projects running smoothly. </li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal. </li>
<li>Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing priorities.</li>
<li>Ability to proactively identify and strategically work to resolve challenging situations with confidence. </li>
<li>Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to management, clients, and key landowners.</li>
<li>Ability to delegate work assignments, set expectations, and monitor progress. </li>
<li>Highly effective negotiator in difficult situations, taking all points of view into consideration to determine the best course of action for Merjent and the Field Services Division. </li>
