You’ll be a great addition to the CYM team if you:

<li>10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including ownership of enterprise-wide systems</li>
<li>5+ years experience in a multi-unit, consumer-facing business such as restaurants, retail, or hospitality</li>
<li>Proven success supporting rapid growth and new unit expansion</li>
<li>Deep experience with restaurant POS, labor/workforce systems, inventory, and guest engagement or loyalty platforms</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience building and leading managers and senior technical leaders</li>
<li>Strong understanding of modern cloud-based systems, integrations, data platforms, and cybersecurity best practices</li>
<li>A practical, operator-first mindset — you design technology that works on a busy shift, not just on paper</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization</li>
