Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conduct buyer property showings with professionalism and strong client care</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted on-site representative of the team lead during showings</li>
<li>Answer buyer questions and highlight property features and benefits</li>
<li>Collect and communicate buyer feedback and preferences after each showing</li>
<li>Coordinate and confirm showing appointments with listing agents</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records and follow-up tasks within the CRM</li>
<li>Stay informed on market trends, pricing, listings, and neighborhood details</li>
<li>Support open houses, client events, and team marketing efforts as needed</li>
<li>Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times</li>
</ul>
When not actively showing properties, this role is 100% in-office and includes:
<ul>
<li>Calling past and current leads</li>
<li>Updating and preparing marketing materials</li>
<li>Delivering lockboxes, signage, and materials to properties</li>
<li>Assisting with marketing projects and client events</li>
<li>Searching for homes for active buyers and proactively reaching out with opportunities</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:

<li>Perform repairs, assemble, re-assemble components using manual or mechanical tools per Work Instruction.</li>
<li>Use designated tools to protect the product from scratches, falls and other issues related to handling the unit.· Perform full range of required testing.</li>
<li>Ensure process for rejected phone is followed ensuring that quantity, failed code and type of failure is clearly identified.</li>
<li>Receive, verify, inspect and control non-compliant materials.</li>
<li>Immediately report any incident that put at risk product targets, quality of the product or employee safety or work labor environment to Leader.</li>
<li>Work with scrap control and proper disposition.</li>
<li>Report any non-conformance material, tools or equipment used for the unit assembly and/or disassembly or testing process.</li>
<li>Assist in the setup of materials in the cell at the beginning and end of each shift.</li>
<li>Segregate, identify and ensure the correct delivery of the units that failed in the process for fault room (FA / CRB / TFB).</li>
<li>Responsible for specified yield KPI and production targets through the facility.</li>
<li>Ensure the organization, hygiene and cleanliness of work areas to maintain a suitable environment for the execution of the activity.</li>
<li>Ensure materials and equipment assigned are safeguarded and preserved at all times.</li>
<li>Follow ESD required practices and protective clothing and items (wrist band, heel strap, ESD gown, etc.).</li>
