Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and uphold exceptional CSI and online reputation standards.

Qualifications:
<ul>

3+ years of automotive sales management experience — strong used vehicle experience highly preferred.

<li>
Track record of exceeding sales goals, managing inventory, and developing high-performing sales teams.
</li>
<li>
Sharp understanding of market pricing, merchandising, and digital sales processes.
</li>
<li>
Highly organized with strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.
</li>
<li>
Proficient with CRM and DMS platforms.
</li>
<li>
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
</li>
