Position: New and Used Car Salesperson
Position Summary:
Eich Motor Company is seeking a motivated and customer-focused New and Used Car Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and a strong desire to provide an exceptional buying experience for our customers. This position involves assisting customers through all aspects of the vehicle purchase process, from initial inquiry to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in the showroom, on the lot, and through digital platforms.

Assist customers in selecting a vehicle that fits their needs, preferences, and budget.

Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, highlighting key features and benefits.

Provide accurate product knowledge on all makes and models.

Conduct test drives while ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

Guide customers through the entire sales process, including trade-in evaluations, financing options, and documentation.

Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships.

Achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Stay current on inventory, manufacturer programs, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Complete all required training and certifications as assigned.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, state regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.

Maintain an organized, clean, and professional work environment.
Qualifications:

Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required — training provided.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

High level of integrity, self-motivation, and work ethic.

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Basic computer and technology skills; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
