Are you a proven leader in automotive sales looking for your next opportunity to drive performance and profitability? Eich Motor Company — a family-owned, customer-focused dealership with deep roots in St. Cloud since 1898 — is searching for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead both our New and Used Vehicle Sales operations.

This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the full sales cycle — from inventory management and appraisals to team development, pricing strategy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong New & Used Vehicle Management Experience: Proven ability to manage inventory turn, aging, reconditioning, and pricing.

  • Performance-Driven Mindset: You know your numbers. You can analyze sales data, set aggressive targets, and drive your team to exceed them.

  • Leadership & Team Development: Ability to recruit, train, motivate, and hold sales consultants accountable.

  • Profitability Focus: Skilled at maximizing gross on both front-end sales and back-end finance opportunities.

  • Customer Experience Commitment: Lead with integrity and ensure a world-class buying experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily sales operations for both new and pre-owned vehicle departments.

  • Manage appraisals, acquisitions, pricing, and aging inventory with a focus on profitability and velocity.

  • Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and implement action plans to drive consistent performance.

  • Partner closely with F&I, Service, and Parts departments to create a fully integrated dealership operation.

  • Maintain manufacturer compliance and performance program targets.

  • Deliver and uphold exceptional CSI and online reputation standards.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of automotive sales management experience — strong used vehicle experience highly preferred.

  • Track record of exceeding sales goals, managing inventory, and developing high-performing sales teams.

  • Sharp understanding of market pricing, merchandising, and digital sales processes.

  • Highly organized with strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills.

  • Proficient with CRM and DMS platforms.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
