About the Role
As a Tree Climber with SavATree, you’ll be a key member of our General Tree Care Team. This team works on a variety of tree care tasks, including pruning, removals, and cabling. You’ll apply your expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and beauty of our clients’ landscapes. The Crew Lead position offers additional responsibilities for those who demonstrate leadership qualities and want to guide a team.
In this role, you will:

<li>Perform high-quality tree care services, including pruning, removals, and cabling for trees and shrubs</li>
<li>Climb trees safely using proper techniques, ropes, saddle, and ladders</li>

Position: Quality Analyst
Department: Quality Team Department
 
Primary Objective of Position
Responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's complex quality system. This role includes preparing product documentation with traceability, evaluating improvements to increase product reliability, and ensuring the overall effectiveness of the quality system.
 
Major Areas of Accountability – WEN:
<ol>
<li>Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System; ensuring integrity of the data.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.</li>
<li>Perform root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for production and operation concerns.</li>
<li>Support Quality Team to ensure products and processes comply with relevant requirements of Quality Management System and IS09001.</li>
<li>Conduct full cycle internal audits; compile and present final determination to management.</li>
<li>Review and analyze nonconformance reports; delivering insightful recommendations that drive actions to improve quality of on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Analyze customer complaints; determine root cause and create corrective and preventative actions.</li>
<li>Interacts and supports Purchasing; evaluation of external suppliers including on-site audits.</li>
<li>Audit existing suppliers and assist in the development of new suppliers.</li>
<li>Engage with support areas (Sales, Product Engineering, PCP, Purchasing, etc.) to analyze product and material conformity and address low-complexity quality system issues.</li>
<li>Periodically analyze the history of quality records and customer complaints, aiming to prevent new occurrences; using statistical techniques and/or quality tools for this purpose / obtain information regarding specifications and products and materials</li>
<li>Audit critical processes, indicating weak points and possible solutions or improvements.</li>
<li>Interpret and analyze customer purchase orders, drawings, specifications, standards, modifications or special products, seeking product conformity and verifying the quality assurance conditions offered to the customer.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain updated product inspection plans, ensuring traceability.</li>
<li>Develop new instruments, systems or inspection techniques that guarantee the quality of the final product.</li>
<li>Keep the section's equipment checked and in usable condition, arranging for it to be sent to the metrology laboratory within the stipulated deadlines.</li>
<li>Conduct multi-departmental and strategic projects of the department.</li>
<li>Know product lines, main customers and applications of the company's products.</li>
<li>Manage non-conformity recording systems, leveraging generated information to enhance product and process quality.</li>
<li>Monitor, guide, and evaluate inspector activities using quality indicators, developing inspection standards, and updating quality systems as needed.</li>
<li>Participate in the development, improvement, maintenance and implementation of quality systems, as well as organizing and maintaining quality system documents and procedures, coordinating certification and approval activities.</li>
<li>Work with the factory and support areas, aiming to reduce process time and manufacturing costs while maintaining product compliance and quality.</li>
<li>Perform other tasks, related to those described above, as requested by superiors.</li>
</ol>
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li>5+ years continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Knowledge in Quality Control Software and Quality Management Software, Inspection Plans and Quality Audits.</li>
<li>Knowledge in Evaluation Manufacturing Process Product/Components, Main Manufacturing Process, Product/Application Lines, Management Process Indicators and National/International Standards Quality Control Management System</li>
<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and SAP plus.</li>
<li>Self-motivated individual with strong decision-making abilities, comfortable working in a team. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent problem-solving skills, technical writing proficiency, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities.</li>
<li>Experience reading text and blueprints as well as drafting symbols, welding symbols and geometric tolerancing symbols.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate and present detailed, technical initiatives to non-technical people.</li>
<li>Availability to travel 10%, including internationally.</li>

Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Physical ability to travel freely within manufacturing and office facilities. This requires climbing stairs and moving over, around, and about shop machinery.</li>
<li>Have the physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds unassisted.</li>
<li>Must be able to climb stairs.</li>
</ul>
Salary:
$80k to $90k
Will compensate with experience. Position is full-time.

Job Description 
The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging examinations like X-rays and computed tomography. The Radiologic Technologist provides X-Ray and CT services.
• Perform X-Ray and CT studies ordered by staff on patients. • Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records. • Prepares patients for radiological procedure by positioning patient. • Adjusts immobilization devices, moves equipment into specified positions and modifies equipment controls to set exposure factors. • Providing explanations of treatment and answering questions for patients. • Minimizes radiation to patient and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques, using beam restrictive devices, patient shielding and knowledge of exposure factors. • Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols. • Follows drug protocols in case of reactions to drugs, such as contrast media, administering first aid and using the emergency cart. • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. • Actively participates in Mass Casualty exercises and events. • Completes required organizational compliance education, including assigned requirements that are client-specified, for Joint Commission Healthcare Staffing Services certification or other regulatory bodies.
Qualifications 
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 years recent experience as a Radiology Technician is required including 6 months within the last year.</li>
<li>Must have an unrestricted license or be American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certified.</li>
<li>Mush have ARRT CT certification/registration.</li>
<li>Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).</li>
<li>Experience on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Education Required:
<ul>
<li>Must have completed an approved Radiology Technician program leading to a Diploma, Certificate or associate degree. U.S. Military Radiology Technician technical school training certification (4R0X1, 68P, HM-8451) may also fulfil this requirement.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must meet pre-deployment physical requirements.</li>
<li>Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.</li>
<li>May require bending, stooping and lifting to 25 lbs.</li>
</ul>
Other Special Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>US Citizen or Permanent Resident Card is required.</li>
<li>Valid US Passport with at least 18 months before expiration date. Must maintain a current passport during your stay in Iraq.</li>
<li>Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, specifically a MRPT. Applicants with current clearances are preferred.</li>
<li>Must be able to relocate to Iraq for the duration of the project.</li>
<li>Must be able to read, write and speak English to effectively communicate.</li>
