Overview: 
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Production Manager to oversee four integration departments and manage 4 supervisors and about 30 employees. This role involves supervising daily operations, reviewing and editing technical drawings, and developing job plans, documentation packages, and fabrication packages to ensure high-quality project execution.
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

• Lead and supervise a team of supervisors and technicians (approx. 30 employees total). Responsible for approximately 30 employees.
• Oversee fabrication of analyzer, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Review specifications, project drawings, and fabrication instructions.
• Work with technical documents, including instrument indexes, layout/location drawings, equipment layouts, material take-offs, I/O lists, loop drawings, termination details, cable lists, and block diagrams.
• Manage projects involving control panels, control rooms, analyzer systems, power equipment rooms, and building layouts.
• Oversee system configuration, analyzer installation, sample conditioning system (SCS), instrument, signal and electrical wiring, process and utility electrical, tubing, piping, UPS/battery systems, and special data systems.
• Understand single-line, motor elementary, and grounding diagrams; basic knowledge of NEC, NFPA, ISA, UL, etc.
• Ensure that process safety standards are followed on all projects.
• Execute projects safely, within budget and on schedule.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget while meeting customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, technicians, and customers (internal and external).
Requirements: 
• Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience (electrical, mechanical, fabrication, tubing, and piping).
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and translate them into fabricated systems.
• Effective communication skills for reviewing and coordinating design packages.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure a complete satisfactory project construction.
• Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, ISA, and other design standards.
• Familiar with integrated systems, equipment specifications, and instrument specification sheets.
• Experience reading P&amp;IDs, piping drawings, and schematics.
• Comfortable providing creative, alternative solutions.
• Knowledge of instrumentation, electrical (signal, LV, MV), and control system design.
• Comfortable identifying and documenting scope changes or additions.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, QuickBooks.
• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of field experience
• Experience and knowledge in welding technology, fabrication, electrical control panels, and instrumentation systems is preferred but training can be provided if all other requirements are met.
• Must be familiar with blueprints for mechanical, instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Understanding of electrical installation requirements and procedures, quality standards for I/E installations, and ability to interpret customer-supplied drawings and specifications.
• Comfortable using computers, iPads, and test equipment (e.g., multimeters, gauges, measuring devices).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; ability to learn Procore (project management software).
• Ability to understand and execute test procedures, perform pressure testing, power up electrical/instrumentation systems, and verify HVAC/ventilation systems (training available).

How You’ll Make an Impact&nbsp;
The General Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for planning and accomplishing a daily routine of custodial and maintenance related tasks that provide personnel with an environmentally safe, attractive, comfortable, clean, and efficient place in which to work.
What you’ll be doing as a General Industrial Maintenance Technician:

<li>Working a Full-time, onsite position at our Fife, WA location.</li>
<li>Perform a wide variety of general maintenance using numerous hand and power tools</li>
<li>Develop and monitor maintenance programs for CNC machining equipment</li>
<li>Ensure chip bins are emptied as required and chip area is maintained</li>
<li>Ensure maintenance of all machine coolant and fluid levels daily</li>
<li>Ensure routine maintenance on facility custodial equipment is performed</li>
<li>Ensure lavatories are cleaned daily and as often needed</li>
<li>Oversee non-cleaning tasks in general facility maintenance, i.e., changing light bulbs, filling paper and soap dispensers, assisting in setting up for meetings/conferences</li>
<li>Maintain and repair machinery and equipment</li>
<li>Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiencies and expedite workflow</li>
<li>Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the company, state, and federal authorities</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>

Required Qualifications (Education, skills, and experience):
