Job Description
Join our team as a Light Industrial Assembler at our Delaware, Ohio facility, specializing in the manufacturing of power products. As a pivotal part of our assembly line, you will contribute to the construction of large electrical bins, ensuring precise cable running and component assembly. We are expanding our team by 90 employees due to new, long-term projects, and offer contract-to-hire positions aimed at long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble large 30x50 foot electrical bins.
- Run various cables throughout the bins.
- Assemble parts for electrical and mechanical components.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of drawings and prints.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliability and commitment to work.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction or carpentry.
- Auto mechanics experience.
- Experience in wiring and cabling.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings.

Work Environment
Work in a very clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with approximately 80 people on the production floor. The standard shift is 1st shift from 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, with overtime extending to 4:30 PM on weekdays and 1:30 PM on Saturdays. This role requires comfort with 50+ hour work weeks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
