Under general direction from and reporting to the Field Leader(s), the Solids Control Technician is responsible for overseeing mechanical processes which are used to provide enhanced drilling operations and recycled drilling fluid through closed loop and other mud systems. You will receive on the job training, on a variety of our specialized Stage 3 equipment. You will work 12 hour shifts, on a 14 days on 7 days off rotational schedule, in the "back yard" of various drilling rigs. 
We are hiring in and around 2 regions; West and South Texas.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Able to work 14 days on and 7 days off. (Schedule will vary by Basin). </li>
<li>Able to work 12-hour shifts (rotation), daily, including overtime.</li>
<li>Able to work a Swing (rotation) from 12:00PM to 12:00AM or 12:00AM to 12:00PM. Trainee will job shadow with an experienced Technician and Field Leader.</li>
<li>Must be able to travel domestically to remote rig locations, in personal vehicle, throughout the United States. </li>
<li>Will be assigned to one rig for rotation, or multiple rigs - based on business requirement.</li>
<li>Will learn how to rig up and rig down equipment.</li>
<li>Will learn and operate a variety of solids control equipment including shaker tanks, centrifuge, drying equipment, and pumps.</li>
<li>Will develop basic understanding of oil and gas drilling processes.</li>
<li>Will develop basic knowledge of Environmental Services.</li>

<li>Will learn how to move cuttings from pits to trailers, by operating heavy machinery, safely and efficiently, with supervision. </li>

<li>Will attend and actively participate in daily safety meetings.</li>
<li>You will be responsible for completing daily PJRA/JSA, inspection reports, observation reports, and checklists, as required.</li>

Our team is growing in the Southern GA/Jacksonville FL area, and we are looking for a Sheet Metal Superintendent to support projects at Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in Saint Mary's, GA. Sheet Metal Superintendent's are responsible for daily supervision, direction and coordination of all Sheet Metal activities, assigned crews, and subcontractors on a project jobsite to safely produce quality work, within project requirements, targeted budget, schedule, and in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. 
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all sheet metal construction, augmenting coordination with plumbing, insulation, pipefitting, and welding teams.

Manage and oversee sheet metal crews and relevant subcontractors to ensure work meets project specifications, timeline, and standards.
</li>
<li>
Maintain robust compliance with safety regulations, quality thresholds, and project guidelines, aligned with RQC's Mission, Vision, and Values.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate closely with the overall Superintendent to integrate sheet metal work with multiple trades on fast‑paced construction sites.
</li>
<li>
Ensure mechanical installations are performed according to government/military standards and building codes.
</li>
<li>
Proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve sheet metal-related issues to keep projects running smoothly.
</li>
<li>
Cultivate teamwork, professionalism, and a positive work environment across all mechanical disciplines.
</li>

Required Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman specializing in sheet metal (preferably within commercial, industrial, or institutional projects with budgets of $400,000 or more).
</li>
<li>
3+ years of hands-on field experience with pressurized mechanical systems; government or military project experience is a strong plus.
</li>
<li>
Prior experience in Design‑Build project delivery-particularly in assembly, detailing, or installation phases.
</li>
<li>
On-site safety credentials: CPR, First Aid, OSHA 30‑Hour. Certifications such as EM‑385 or STS are a plus (training can be provided if needed).
</li>
<li>
Education: High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary coursework in construction management, sheet metal technologies, or related disciplines preferred.
</li>
<li>
Computer Literacy: Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook; willingness to learn BIM or other digital construction tools (training available).
</li>
<li>
Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills on complex project sites.
</li>
