We are looking for a Tuber to join our team! This position will file and ream holes previously drilled in steel plate boiler heads in addition to securing, cutting, inserting, and clamping tubes in boiler heads. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and experienced in using hand, power, and measuring tools. 
This is a full-time, union-hourly position located in Lancaster, PA. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM; Saturdays as needed (maximum of two required 6 AM – 12 PM).
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
<ul>
<li>Sets up boiler in preparation for tubing.</li>
<li>Files and reams holes previously drilled in boiler heads (when necessary).</li>
<li>Inserts tubes through holes in front and rear boiler heads.</li>
<li>Cuts off excess length of tubes with hand held tube cutter as required.</li>
<li>Clamps each tube in boiler head (front and read) preparatory to rolling or flanging the tubes.</li>
<li>Rolls (flares) all tubes using a split roll hand held compressed air power machine (to expand the tube and fit it tightly into heads).</li>
<li>Using compressed air hammer with beading tool in it, beads all flanges which rounds the flange and forces the flange against the boiler head (prevents the flanges from burning during boiler operation).</li>
<li>Using the straight roll in the compressed air hand held pneumatic drill, re-flares all tubes to retighten in boiler heads (after they have been loosened by previous operation).</li>
<li>Performs related work as directed commensurate with this or lesser rates labor grade.</li>

<li>Review Process Flow Diagrams, Scope Reports, and Technical Descriptions.</li>
<li>Lead P&amp;ID review meetings with internal and external stakeholders and follow up on technical issues raised by the project team.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the designed plant is safe and complies with company procedures and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure that plant reliability, operability, and maintenance capabilities are adequately considered in the design.</li>
<li>Reference engineering specifications and standards to determine necessary information to display on the P&amp;ID (or flowsheets).</li>
<li>Communicate with the drafting support team (utilizing Smartplant P&amp;ID) to have details drafted and check the accuracy of drafted information.</li>

 Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

Job Description
As a CNC Operator, you will set up and operate CNC machining centers, specifically 3-axis mills, to produce parts according to customer specifications. You will be responsible for de-burring parts, cleaning them, and performing routine maintenance. You will also input simple programs at the operator panel and load and off-load production programs, creating fixtures for production parts as necessary.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Set up CNC machining centers for single parts and production runs using written and verbal instructions and blueprints.</li>
<li>Submit first article parts to quality control and analyze inspection reports to adjust programs and setups to produce acceptable parts.</li>
<li>Use band saws and simple tools such as hex wrenches, screwdrivers, and soft hammers.</li>
<li>Change dull tooling and adjust machine offsets.</li>
<li>Check part dimensions using micrometers, gage pins, drop indicators, comparators, and various other precision tools, recording these measurements as necessary on the part traveler.</li>
<li>De-burr and clean parts to customer specifications.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>Experience with CNC mills and lathes.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.</li>
<li>Experience with CNC machining, and setup.</li>
