Job Summary
The Load Out Operator uses heavy equipment for loading outbound trucks with finished product and is responsible for ensuring a steady flow of material for processing.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for Maintaining and Improving Plant performance.This is typically a non-shift work position although situations may requirework outside normal shift. Performance Technician will perform mechanical,instrument and electrical maintenance. See skill set listed below. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Manipulates air separation controls to meet productspecifications and production requirements Adjust plant control variables, monitor and manage processequipment parameters to meet production goals. Obtain knowledge base of the theory of air separation andrelated equipment associated with the process; understand the plant's waterchemistry to assure proper cooling tower operations and equipment functioning. Develop skills to trouble shoot, evaluate process upsets andtake corrective actions. Must maintain Qualified Electrical Worker certification Performs maintenance on compressors, pumps, turbines,valves, motors, and other plant equipment, when required. Reads and interprets technical drawings and manuals. Develop ability to interpret Process &amp; InstrumentDrawings to understand process operations, equipment and aid in troubleshooting system anomalies. Participate in the maintenance/updating of work instructionsto assure accurate and current start-up and operational procedures. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude, evaluate equipmentperformance, perform routine calibration and maintenance of analytical testequipment and maintain appropriate records. Be safety conscious, i.e., meetings, work areas, eliminatehazards, etc. Ability to prepare and maintain production operations anddistribution records to meet the requirements of FDA, DPA, OSHA, ISO QualitySystems and other internal and external requirements. Participate in the maintenance and updating of plant andequipment work instructions. Prepare and maintain production operations and distributionrecords to meet internal and external requirements. Prepare QA documents to certify product quality;transcribe/transfer data from process computer data bases and tables, etc. toprepare product loss and reports. Good communication skills (inter departmental, team members,vendors, etc. Responsible for reviewing and releasing medical gradeproduct per FDA regulations. Troubleshooting the causes of plant operational issues andalarms, either directly or in conjunction with the local team. Assisting with starting / stopping the plants in a safemanner as dictated by operating conditions and business needs. Optimizing plant performance by tracking performance dataand implement the best operating plan for all plants. Executing productivity ideas and Best Practices to keepplant costs down. Interacting closely with all the supporting groups/personnelfor performance optimization and troubleshooting. Perform other projects and duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards EDUCATION High School diploma, Technical School or related industrialexperience EXPERIENCE1-3 years Compressors, pumps, valves and expanders, alsoInstrument &amp; electrical testing equipment. We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Injection Molding Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving process issues related to injection molding machines, hot runner systems, and associated plastics processing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plastic injection molding operations and a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimization.
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Set up, start, and monitor injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.</li>
<li>Diagnose and troubleshoot process issues including part defects, machine malfunctions, and hot runner system failures.</li>
<li>Perform mold changes, machine adjustments, and parameter tuning to ensure consistent product quality.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate documentation of process settings, changes, and maintenance activities.</li>
<li>Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to recurring issues.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.</li>
<li>Train operators and junior technicians on proper machine operation and troubleshooting techniques.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot molding process issues such as flash, short-shots, sinks, and splay.</li>
<li>Assist in performing mold changes and setups as required within scheduled mold change timeframes utilizing process and cycle sheets.</li>
<li>Perform programming of molding robot arms and work cell assembly stations equipment.</li>
<li>Change-out/purge and maintain material and central material feed systems as needed.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot mold problems, developing root cause and providing a quick permanent corrective action and/or complete minor repairs.</li>
<li>Coordinate mold set-up activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiencies.</li>
</ul>
Essential Skills
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in manufacturing, plastics, or mechanical technology preferred.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in injection molding, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and process optimization.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of hot runner systems, mold setup, and thermoplastic materials.</li>
<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, machine manuals, and process documentation.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li>
</ul>
Additional Skills &amp; Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of hand/power tools.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year experience in injection molding manufacturing.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year experience as a process technician.</li>
