Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mechanical Engineering Manager to lead the mechanical engineering function in our medium voltage switchgear division. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of switchgear design, a passion for mentoring engineers, and a strong understanding of industry standards and requirements.

Job Duties:

<li>Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team in the design and development of medium voltage switchgear products.</li>

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

We are seeking a Draftsman / Engineering CAD Specialist to support the Fast Response Cutter (FRC) program for the U.S. Coast Guard. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and drafting, supporting Coast Guard engineers by developing, modifying, and maintaining high-quality CAD drawings that reflect approved technical direction and vessel configurations.

Key Responsibilities

 Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments, prepares items for shipment, and performs industrial hose assembly and fabrication tasks. This is a full-time position, M – F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

<li>Review and prioritize daily shipping orders when received.</li>
<li>Pull all parts as indicated on the shipping orders, assemble and prepare components as necessary.</li>
<li>Perform industrial hose assembly and fabrication, including cutting, crimping, and testing hoses to meet specifications.</li>
<li>Inspect and test assembled hoses for quality assurance, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.</li>
<li>Properly label and package assembled hoses and other products for shipment.</li>
<li>Load and unload trucks as necessary. Inspect containers and materials, reporting any damage or missing items.</li>
<li>Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.</li>
