· Read blueprints and schematics to be able to identify the proper parts.
· Stand, sit, and climb in and around the machine to assemble the machine.
· Cut and prepare belts, chains, and hydraulic hoses for use.

Requirements:

<li>Familiarity with tire repair tools for tire changes, balancing, and repairs preferred.</li>
<li>Willingness to pursue TIA certification with company support and assistance.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.</li>
<li>Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.</li>
<li>Manual Dexterity: Skill in handling tools and performing precise tasks with hands.</li>
<li>Attention to Detail: Precision in inspecting and repairing tires to ensure vehicle and personal safety</li>
<li>Customer Service Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical aspects in an understandable manner.</li>
<li>Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for diagnosing issues and determining the best course of action for repairs</li>
