<li>Electrical design ability</li>

The salary range is tied to the market for similarly benchmarked roles.&nbsp;&nbsp;The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.&nbsp;&nbsp;Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $135-147k.

Role Description
The Production Lead will supervise all aspects of daily production for his/her scheduled shift. This includes: quality, team (personnel), attainment, and troubleshooting. While maintaining a quality and people-first mentality, he/she will assist the Production Leadership in planning, scheduling, and execution of orders.
 
Specific Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise training and execution of all production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cleaning, and batching quality control procedures.</li>
<li>Work hands-on with the team to ensure all procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Ensure production schedule is met (attainment).</li>
<li>Ensure lot control, production paperwork accuracy, and inventory control procedures are followed.</li>
<li>Communicate with the Production Leadership about daily and weekly scheduling. This includes total daily production and order of products/operation.</li>
<li>Provide training and supervision for employees in 1-3 production lines.</li>
<li>Perform safety and quality line inspections, coaching employees to comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and responsibilities.</li>

<li>Ensure production efficiency, continuous improvement, and a food safety and quality culture.</li>
<li>Monitor and report: daily production results, material usage, waste, downtime and attainment.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work with maintenance to ensure all machinery is operating efficiently and well maintained, perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Evaluate performance, maintain discipline and recommend corrective actions for employees.</li>
<li>Lead by example, create value, and establish a functional working framework.</li>
</ul>
Daily Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise the headcount and scheduling of the production team.</li>
<li>Coaching and training of the production team. Ensuring that all employees are trained for their respective positions and vetting/training new hires.</li>
<li>Maintain a quality first and continuous improvement mindset with TTS (taste, texture, seal).</li>
<li>Communicate any changes or additions to the daily production schedule.</li>
<li>Making sure that all production materials are put away and the next day's materials are staged.</li>
<li>Work alongside QA to ensure that all food safety and quality plans are being followed with exactness.</li>
<li>Enter all production paperwork and numbers into our system.</li>
<li>If something seems wrong or any issues arise , STOP the line before continuing.</li>
</ul>
Tactical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in food manufacturing</li>
<li>Bachelors degree in related area (preferred)</li>
<li>High proficiency and experience in managing people, training and implementing a food safety and quality culture</li>
<li>Experience in GMPs and safety regulations, technical experience in machine mechanics and equipment troubleshooting</li>
<li>Self starter, with a desire to learn, grow, and evolve as a professional</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Impeccable attention to detail</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational and communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish preferred</li>
