The environment is face paced and you will work with a small team to meet objectives set out by Quality Management to ensure that Operations are producing the highest quality food products in the region. FUNCTIONAL ROLE
The Quality Control Lead is responsible for ensuring plant adherence to all GMP, SQF, and HACCP processes as required by Plant Regulations. The Quality Control Lead ensures all food safety measures are being followed at the facility they are leading. 
 The Quality Control Lead will also assist with product testing, shipping, receiving, and supervision as needed.
 Working Schedule: Monday-Friday
 Regular Hours: 7 am - End of Shift, hours must be flexible for to assist with operations and Quality Supervisor. Overtime as applicable.
 When QC Supervisor is out of town: Hours for coverage is 3 am to 12 pm
 Overtime is offered as approved by the QC Supervisor

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
 The Quality Control Lead reports to the Quality Supervisor
 In absence of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Lead reports
 the Site Operations Manager and Quality Manager.
 The Quality Supervisor covers the Responsibilities for the
 Quality Control Lead when the Quality Control Lead is absent. 
 The Quality Control Lead works with The Plant Supervisors and Plant
 Manager, to ensure all quality controls are enforced and practiced throughout the
 Facility.
AUTHORITY
The Quality Control Lead has the authority to discipline employees for poor food safety practices, quality issues, and improper cleaning processes. The quality control lead has the authority to shut down production lines due to improper food safety practices and not following proper quality control processes.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for ensuring all food safety measurements are being followed under 
his/her supervision.
Ensures all Quality Control Mandates are Followed by Facility and
Actively Monitors and Models Quality Control Behavior 
Ensures samples of produced product daily are collected and documented based on company standard operating procedures and customer specifications.
Works with and as a Qualified Individual to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed. 
Validates the functionality of the Critical Control Points established throughout the facility through monitoring and corrective actions.
Understands HACCP and Internal Auditor Processes and is willing to learn Food Safety Requirements associated with Food Manufacturing
Ensures Daily Production Logs adhere to company SOP’s. Checks logs for accuracy and balances lot numbers on logs.
Ensures all rooms are properly cleaned prior to ATP Swapping 
Ensures GMP’s have been performed by production centers and notifies management when production centers fail to perform GMP’s.
The Quality Control Lead is responsible for releasing product placed on hold that does not meet qualified specifications.
Checks Finished Goods Paperwork and Ensures all products have been labeled correctly and moved to Finished Goods for Shipping.
Helps run customer plant audits and tours and always presents self in a professional manner.
Responsible for working with Plant Manager and Scheduling to develop daily batch records report’s and ensures information in the report is accurate and up to
date.
Ensures production yields line up with actual batch production and final report is complete, accurate, and ready for invoicing.
Recognizes Allergens, Organics, Halal, Gluten Free, and Kosher to Determine Proper Handling in The Liquid Products Facilities.
Checks Finished Goods Paperwork and Work Orders for Work Centers and Ensures all Products Have Been Labeled Correctly and moved to Finished Goods for Shipping.
Works with Production Line Leads to Determine Best Practices and Processes to Complete Work in the Work Centers.
Assists with implementation of Halal, Kosher, Non-GMO, Gluten Free, Organic, and other standards as assigned by the Quality Control Supervisor

Overall Objectives:
As the leader of the Pneumatics Shop, this position is key to the production and growth of the company. This role’s main function is to plan, organize, and control the repairs of components in the shop, ensuring services performed are efficient, on time, within cost parameters, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Responsibilities:

<li>Guarantees the efficient operation of the repair station to meet quality standards and department goals by managing a team. This includes helping with hiring, training, overtime management, review/approval of employee time sheets for payroll processing, and PTO scheduling. Conducts performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and terminations with HR.</li>
<li>Ensures all team members follow and understand all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to CMM, repair station procedures and practices, established systems compliance, safety practices and procedures, performance of overhaul and repair work following approved technical data, and human resources policies. Audits personnel for adherence to CMM and proper use of equipment, and verifies the quality of work through routine control checks</li>
<li>Plans and assigns daily activities based on the technician’s skills and client needs to ensure all work is being accomplished in accordance with approved technical data. Creates a daily schedule for technicians.</li>
<li>Meets KPIs assigned (including revenue, profitability, warranty, and TAT). If KPIs aren’t met, analyze and recommend the course of action.</li>
<li>Supervises their team by managing productivity levels vs. labor hours of each technician. Ensures accurate vouching of labor hours and addresses variances and OT.</li>
<li>Ensures work orders have clear work scopes, teardowns address client specifications, and guarantees teardowns are accurate. Accountable for completing the correct inspection of units and teardown reports before submitting them to the customer service department. Ensures technicians conduct accurate pretest findings and are efficient when ordering parts.</li>
<li>Conducts cost analysis of work orders part’s cost. Assigns 100% kits or reviews parts list and constantly reviews for accuracy. Authorizes internal repairs and the interchangeability of parts in accordance with the CMM-required standards.</li>
<li>Answers any technical inquiries to other departments and manages expediting requests. Ensures timely and proactive communication of work orders by maintaining proper tracking and updates on the unit’s status. Keeps the customer service department informed and provides recovery plans with estimated completion dates. Reports and tracks the complete flow of expedited work orders to ensure on-time delivery.</li>
<li>Conducts final inspections for units that are ready to return to service, including visual inspection for detailing, cleanliness, paint, defects, and a final review of paperwork to ensure units meet all quality standards. Completes all signatures and ensures the quality checklist reflects accuracy.</li>
<li>Oversees and ensures the work quality of the shop to align with quality control department standards. Conducts analysis to detect failures and addresses the root cause by completing corrective actions.</li>
<li>Accountable for external and internal audit findings.</li>
<li>Helps research and evaluate the effectiveness of machinery, equipment, and shop procedures, and recommends and implements changes to improve operational efficiency. Ensures shop equipment and tools are kept in good working condition. Responsible for keeping tools in order and in good working condition. Submits requests to engineering on tooling and fixtures, as needed. Accountable for testers and test equipment for their shop.</li>
<li>Ensures that the assigned work areas are adequately lit, ventilated, and that the housekeeping of all designated areas is maintained towards 5S. Oversees that technicians keep all areas organized, including benches, testing bays, and tooling. Responsible for creating a culture of orderliness and attention to detail.</li>

Skills and Qualifications
Required Qualifications include:

<li>Four to ten years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Computer skills: Excel and Outlook.</li>
<li>Leadership skills &amp; previous supervision experience are highly desired.</li>
<li>Familiarization with FAA, EASA &amp; CASE regulations.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish is a big plus.</li>

The Plastic Injection Mold Setter is responsible for setting up, changing over, and optimizing plastic injection molding machines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This role works closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Set up and change over injection molds, including installation, alignment, and connection of water, air, and hydraulics

Principal Accountabilities&nbsp;
