Akkodis is seeking a Quality Engineer I for a Contract with a client in Arden Hills, MN (Hybrid). You will be responsible for investigating product complaints and analyzing post-market surveillance data to identify trends and ensure compliance.
Rate Range: $35/hour to $37/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Quality Engineer I job responsibilities include:

Investigate and review returned product lab analysis, customer feedback, and historical data to accurately code product complaints.

Perform complaint investigations in compliance with local and global quality system processes.

Analyze post-market surveillance data for patterns and trends, initiating investigations when necessary.

Respond to Competent Authority Requests and provide clear, accurate documentation.

Communicate product performance through formal presentations, reports, and customer-facing documentation.

Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to risk management documentation using statistical methods and software.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.

1–3 years of relevant experience in medical device or quality systems environment.

Strong understanding of technical engineering topics and applied statistics for data analysis.

Ability to operate within quality system processes and independently manage projects to meet deadlines.

Pay Details: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
