We’re seeking individuals with hands-on experience in mechanical assembly, product testing, and basic wiring within a production setting. The right person will be comfortable reading technical drawings, following step‐by‐step instructions, verifying product performance, and working safely while keeping up with daily output goals. This position is ideal for someone dependable, detail‐focused, and mechanically inclined, with some foundational electrical troubleshooting ability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, wire, and test both standard and custom products based on technical specifications, work instructions, and order requirements.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, inspection criteria, and written guidelines to ensure components meet design intent.
  • Use measurement tools, gauges, and a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks accurately.
  • Fill out required production and quality paperwork, including testing documentation and standard work forms.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety practices while contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Support production flow by meeting daily schedules and adhering to established manufacturing standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in mechanical assembly, wiring, testing, or a similar manufacturing role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and technical instructions.
  • Comfortable using measurement tools, hand tools, power tools, and general production equipment.
  • Solid math, problem‐solving, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Reliable, detail‐oriented, proactive, and able to follow documented procedures consistently.

Hours: Are typically 6am until 2:30pm or you can work 4-10's and have 3 days off every week. Plus, they will be flexible for the right person so if a 5am or 7am start works better, that could work.

Starting wage is between $24-$25/HR depending on experience in this department
