Overview:
Flexcraft is seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

You will also be tasked with cleaning the equipment when changing out parts.

Work Environment
Work in a spacious 100,000 sq ft facility with small teams consisting of 5 operators, a lead, and a supervisor per shift. Shifts include 1st (6am-2pm, Mon-Fri), 2nd (2pm-10pm, Mon-Fri), and 3rd (10pm-6am, Sun-Thurs). The facility is temperature-controlled, and the dress code includes steel toe shoes/boots, jeans or work pants, and a t-shirt or long sleeve shirt. Employees may occasionally be required to be clean-shaven if respirators are needed. Overtime is available but not mandatory, with occasional weekend work as required.

CNC Operator 1st and 2nd Shift

Well known shop in the area is looking for a good machinist that can Setup/operate and read/edit G-Code. 1st Shift position is due to a long term employee moving with his family out of state

<li>One lathe is a long bed lathe that runs larger parts, up to roughly 70" max. The 2nd lathe has live tooling and runs smaller parts up to roughly about 5" in diameter</li>
<li>Candidate must be proficient in GD&amp;T and have knowledge of steady rests and tail stock uses</li>
</ul>
Hours: 1st shift hours are from 630-3pm, not including OT. 45 or more hours a week is typical, which can be worked before or after the normal hours.

What you'll do:
The 3rd Shift Production Team Lead will oversee and coordinate all production activities during the overnight shift in our roll forming production plant. This role ensures operational efficiency, adherence to safety standards, and achievement of production goals. The Team Lead acts as the primary point of contact for shift employees and supports the Plant Manager in maintaining a high-performance culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, hands-on experience in manufacturing environments, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
 
Responsibilities

<li>Direct and supervise production team members on 3rd shift.</li>
<li>Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Ensure roll forming lines and related equipment operate efficiently.</li>

The Maintenance Technician reports to the Plant Engineer and is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plant equipment and systems in accordance withISO 9001:2015,cGMP, and Flexcraft's operational standards. This position plays a key role in supporting production efficiency, safety, and equipment reliability across the facility.
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Performpreventive, corrective, and emergency maintenanceon blow molding, injection molding, and auxiliary equipment (e.g., extruders, conveyors, chillers, compressors).</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repairmechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electricalsystems—including up to 480V, three-phase power.</li>
<li>Maintain and monitorcritical facility infrastructure, including HVAC, DI water, compressed air, vacuum, lighting, and computerized building systems.</li>

You work 2 days, then have 2 days off
Then you work 3 days, followed by 2 days off

This position involves daily production, staging steel and bundles for upcoming runs, loading and clearing units, visual and physical inspection of steel color, profile, gauge, and quality, control of output profiling sections with work drawings.
DUTIES:
