The Press Operator is responsible for operating the machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic injection molded products in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), including visual inspection, trimming, recordkeeping, packaging, and labeling. While performing the duties of this position, the Press Operator is responsible for maintaining a high degree of quality, safety, and efficiency.
 Duties and Responsibilities:

<li>Operate one or more presses per shift, including operating manual presses within quoted cycle times.</li>
<li>Read, understand and follow the information in the Process Operating Manual (POM) including the Point and Touch and any temporary work instructions.</li>
<li>Complete the press sign-in sheet at the start of every shift or after starting a new job.</li>
<li>Perform the essential functions of the job within safety, quality, productivity, and performance standards as defined by company policy, procedures, and applicable work instructions.</li>
<li>Perform an in-process visual inspection of all parts in accordance with the requirements stated in the POM or as otherwise stated per company quality standards.</li>
<li>Calibrate and use the scale to weigh parts as required by POM.</li>
<li>Operate and use all tools safely including cutters, knives, etc.</li>
<li>Document rejected products in IQMS and attribute/SPC charts on an hourly basis.</li>
<li>Identify, properly contain, and label scrap/purging.</li>
<li>Reporting any issues to the Shift Lead or Quality Auditor immediately.</li>
<li>Package and label products accurately as directed in the POM.</li>
<li>Perform rework as necessary.</li>
<li>Clean the machine and surrounding work areas to ensure the housekeeping and safety of the plant.</li>
<li>Participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.</li>
<li>Complete and pass all required training.</li>

The hours are Mon-Fri 3PM-11PM with overtime required as needed. Must be able to train on mid-shift 11AM-7PM.&amp; 
We are seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Maintenance Technician. This role will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant production equipment—both mechanical and electrical—to ensure maximum uptime and safety.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on plant machinery and systems.
</li>
<li>
Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
</li>
<li>
Install, modify, and service electrical wiring, conduits, and control systems in an industrial environment.
</li>
<li>
Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
</li>
<li>
Assist with fabrication, plumbing, welding, and other general maintenance duties as needed.
</li>
<li>
Adhere to OSHA, fire and electrical safety codes, and company-specific safety procedures.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate with teammates, management, and vendors to support smooth plant operations.
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and safety training.
</li>
<li>
Complete required monthly online safety training.
</li>
