We are looking for production associates to join our team. Our production associates’ duties include using a crane, reading work orders, learning specs, using precision measurement tools, heat treating aluminum aircraft parts, and trouble shooting/repairing the machine.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

<li>Use standard heating charts, utilize knowledge of heat treating methods, equipment, and properties of metals. </li>
<li>Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.</li>
<li>Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications.</li>
<li>Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data.</li>
<li>Fits and assembles parts into complete assembly.</li>
<li>Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly.</li>
<li>Installs machine replacement parts in mechanisms, machines, and equipment, and tests operation of unit to ensure functionality and performance.</li>
<li>Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.</li>

Education &amp; Experience: 
<ul>
<li>Trade school graduate or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years of experience as a VRU Technician or in a similar role in the oil and gas industry.</li>
<li>Uses strong communication skills, interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.</li>
</ul>
 
Travel &amp; Additional Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Location: Work is performed at a CIVI location Monday through Thursday with the option of working remotely on Fridays.</li>
<li>Schedule: traditional 40-hour workweek or alternative schedule of 9-hour workdays Monday through Thursday and 4-hour workdays on Friday, as business needs allow and with manager approval.</li>
<li>Travel may be required to other Civitas offices and field locations.</li>

Base Pay Range: $108,100 - $128,800
