Required Education and Experience 
Extensive experience with presses, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electric motor driven systems is required. The engineer will need to calculate machine strength/stiffness to assure ability to contain mold pressures and operate the systems at the speeds required by the customer’s process.
Typical automation systems will contain an assortment of presses, clamps, feeders, part manipulators, material cutters, temperature conditioning systems, positioning equipment, and conveyors in various combinations. The systems require innovative thinking to provide customer solutions that reduce time, labor, and raw material usage for manufacturing parts and components across a wide range of industries.

<li>Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline plus 20+ years of diversified engineering experience and /or training. Process plant experience is beneficial.</li>

Profesional de Control de Calidad e Inocuidad responsable de evaluar y garantizar que todos los procesos, productos y procedimientos de las Plantas (Planitas, Ñaquers, Panes y Panecillos) en Pan Pepín Inc. Encargado de programas claves para asegurar que los productos fabricados sean seguros y de alta calidad para nuestros consumidores. Responsable de los programas que aseguran la Calidad e Inocuidad en las Plantas de Manufacturas.
Responsabilidades
<ul>
<li>Realizar inspección diaria de la Planta 3A y 3B. Brindar seguimiento a las no conformidades en las inspecciones diarias. </li>
<li>A cargo de separar muestra de retención y muestra para evaluación de producto en línea 3A y 3B. Entregar las muestras a laboratorio.</li>
<li>Notificar a Supervisora de Control de Calidad y/o designado cualquier oportunidad encontrada en la evaluación de los productos terminados y participar activamente en el seguimiento de las acciones correctivas de esas evaluaciones. </li>
<li>A cargo del programa de Balanzas donde asegura: inventario, mantenimiento y calibración. </li>
<li>Se encarga del monitoreo de temperatura de vagones refrigerados. </li>
<li>Se encarga del programa de inspección de cajas de herramientas de todas las Plantas.</li>

<li>Validación de curas, protectores auditivos y bolígrafos. </li>

Location: Valley Green, PA
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Integrity Engineer to join our Cable Backplane Connector team. The position will be located in Valley Green, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Mechanical Integrity Engineer you will provide the lead in supporting the development of new products through testing and analysis of data and designs.

<li>Develop new products and processes via mechanical testing and qualification of electrical connectors and components.</li>
<li>Develop test sequences and procedures to determine the long-term reliability of electrical connectors that factor in customer use and application requirements.</li>
<li>Process and analyze testing results, and create reports and presentations for internal and external customers.</li>
<li>Support the product design effort in mechanical analysis such as tolerance analysis, FEA, materials analysis, failure analysis and creating test plans.</li>
<li>Prepare test samples and test requests, design and fabricate test fixtures, interface with test lab technicians.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and manufacturing personnel, supporting the development and validation of product prototypes through pilot production, as well as interfacing with beta-site customers.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>BS in Mechanical Engineering</li>
<li>5 Years of professional experience</li>
<li>Experience with solid modeling tools - Pro/E and/or SolidWorks</li>
<li>Experience with data analysis software, MS Excel, Minitab would be a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Finite Element Analysis tools desirable, ANSYS experience would be a plus</li>
<li>Understand how to replicate international standards for testing</li>
<li>Understanding of electrical systems and electrical connectors</li>
<li>Understand how to perform failure analysis, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with technical &amp; non-technical stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to work in team environment</li>
<li>Desire to create and design new products and processes</li>
<li>Knowledge of copper alloys and high-performance engineering thermoplastics would be a plus</li>

●Performing the work of a production worker in our chemical mixing area.
●Utilize your printing or machine background to ensure the coating machines are running properly.&nbsp;

Coating Operator Lead-2nd Shift

Job DescriptionOur client seeks a Mechanical Engineer for their multi-disciplined Healthcare/Sciences Department. Primary responsibility is to support project manager and senior mechanical engineers and designers in designing mechanical (HVAC) systems for various clients in the department. Coordinate and work with the design team within your discipline and work with the Project Manager to execute project objectives in a timely and efficient manner. Fluent in design and for Acute and Ambulatory Care Health Facilities and both Academic and Corporate Research Facilities. This position can be hybrid with a minimum of 3 days per week in our Voorhees, NJ office. RESPONSIBLITIES • Design energy efficient HVAC system and mechanical systems per client requirements. • Conduct load calculations analysis and energy modeling using programs such as eQUEST, Trane Trace, ENERGY STAR and/or Carrier HAP. • Review projects regularly to ensure departmental standards and requirements are consistent with client requirements and the project budget. • Using Revit, perform design, layout, and checking of mechanical and HVAC drawings and ensure the technical correctness of the drawings by using the applicable job, federal, state and local standards and codes. • Coordinate with facility owners and architects regularly; ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness and communication. • Conduct shop drawing reviews and construction administration. • Provide direction to less experienced Engineers in Training when working together with them on projects. • Perform site surveys, attend pre-bid meetings and provide field construction support, as required. • Implement training development, in conjunction with Project Engineer, other engineers, designers and draftspersons as assigned to your projects. • Assist the PM/Project Engineer in proposal development, client management and overall project execution. REQUIREMENTS • Must be knowledgeable of local, state and national code requirements, specifically NFPA and Joint Meeting • Must have experience/working knowledge of load analysis and energy modeling programs such as eQUEST, Trane Trace, ENERGY STAR and/or Carrier HAP. • Strong working knowledge and utilization of Autocad, Revit experience is a plus. • Knowledgeable of the USGBC LEED Rating system and standards is a plus. • Must be a good time manager, comfortable with frequent deadlines and transitions. • Effective at working with other staff members in a fast-paced environment. • Must have excellent “in-person” communication skills to effectively communicate complex ideas and have strong technical writing skills and technical documentation skills with the ability to prepare presentations and reports. • Able to read, write, speak and understand English. QUALIFICATIONS: • BS in Mechanical Engineering • Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with proven progression, in the detailed design of Mechanic/HVAC design for critical care and/or laboratory facilities. • Experience in executing a design project with Autodesk Autocad or Revit and implementing • Building Information Modeling (BIM). • Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is preferred but, at a minimum, should be working towards licensure.
