You Will

<li>Monitor and operate blow molding or injection molding machinery and related equipment.</li>
<li>Assure customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights &amp; dimensions.</li>
<li>Identify corrective actions to eliminate defects through the product development process.</li>
<li>Perform preventative maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment as assigned.</li>
<li>Join with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, reliability, quality &amp; scrap reduction.</li>

You Have
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma, GED or equivalent with 2+ years working experience; Associates in Mechanical Technology or equivalent preferred.</li>
<li>Proficient mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation experience</li>
<li>Working knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to work 2nd shift schedule</li>

<li>Mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation ability.&nbsp; This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work</li>
<li>Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation</li>

Summary: Seeking an Electrical Engineer with recreational boating experience for R&amp;D, testing, and development of electrical systems in marine products.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Marine Engineering
</li>
<li>
3-5 years of engineering experience with marine products
</li>
<li>
Knowledge of DC motors, batteries, wiring schematics, and electrical test equipment
</li>
<li>
Understanding of boat electrical systems, design, and functionality
</li>
<li>
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings
</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>
Experience with Catia
</li>
<li>
Competency in FTA, FMEA
</li>

Data acquisition and laboratory skills
</li>

Job Responsibilities:

Provide requirements and component specifications for boat electrical systems

Develop and integrate propulsion systems into boat systems for system layouts
