HiFyve is hiring a Process Technician for a manufacturing facility!
Salary: $25.65/hour
Shift Options:
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: Little Canada, MN 55117
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform machine adjustments to maintain optimum production efficiency.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and complete minor mechanical repairs.
Set up and change over production equipment according to product specifications and established standards.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery.
Inspect, operate, and test equipment to identify and diagnose mechanical issues.
Assist with equipment reliability improvements and minimize production downtime.
Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments to maintain product quality.
Identify machine issues and communicate concerns to appropriate team members.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve production processes.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.
Assist with production needs and support daily manufacturing goals.
Education & Experience Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and industrial troubleshooting skills.
Experience performing equipment setups, adjustments, and minor repairs preferred.
Ability to diagnose machine problems and identify practical solutions.
Experience working with production equipment and machinery preferred.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Ability to complete training and learn production procedures.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to identify equipment issues and perform problem-solving tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Ability to follow production instructions and equipment procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ability to communicate effectively with Production and Maintenance teams.
Ability to learn new processes and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.
Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, crouching, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials.
Ability to work around manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
Ability to safely perform equipment adjustments and maintenance tasks.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise and continuous production activity.
Ability to work a consistent 2nd or 3rd shift schedule.
Ability to work overtime as needed based on production requirements.
