Responsibilities
- Take and interpret dental radiographs
- Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing
- Provide scaling and root planing (SRP) as clinically indicated
- Assess and evaluate patients' oral health conditions
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Collaborate with dentists to develop and support treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of practice
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Experience in a group or corporate dental setting preferred, but not required
- Experience with Denticon software is a plus
