Requirements:
We Are Looking For: A proactive professional who is a member of the New York Bar with at least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as experience with hearings, depositions, and arbitrations.

Responsibilities:

<li>Provide comprehensive administrative and litigation support to attorneys and legal teams</li>
<li>Assist with preparation, formatting, and filing of legal documents and correspondence</li>
<li>Coordinate calendars, deadlines, meetings, and travel arrangements</li>
<li>Maintain and organize case files, both electronic and physical</li>
<li>Interface with clients, courts, and internal departments as needed</li>

Qualifications:
