Responsibilities

Position Summary

Responsibilities

This leader sets the strategic direction for firmwide paralegal and docketing operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality support, equitable workload distribution, and alignment across offices and practice areas. <li>Partner with team to guide and support day-to-day docketing processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of all deadlines, with a focus on risk management, innovation, and scaling services to meet emerging needs. </li>

Work Allocation and Utilization

Compensation 
In accordance with applicable pay transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is $135,000 to $175,000 annually, commensurate with experience and the final job level offered. The compensation for this position may also include discretionary performance and productivity bonuses.
