<ul>
<li> Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.</li>
<li> Help residents with mobility: transferring, repositioning, ambulation, use of mobility aids, as needed.</li>
<li> Take and record residents' vital signs (e.g. temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration) and monitor for changes in condition.</li>
<li> Serve meals and assist with feeding residents who need help; monitor and record intake and output as required.</li>
<li> Provide basic room care: change bed linens, clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas to ensure a safe, sanitary environment.</li>
<li> Assist with incontinence care, toileting, and maintaining resident dignity and comfort.</li>
<li> Observe residents' physical and emotional status; provide companionship and emotional support; alert supervising nurse to any changes or concerns.</li>
<li> Communicate with residents, families/POAs, and the care team about resident needs, status, and any observed changes.</li>
<li> Follow all facility policies including infection control, safety procedures, and resident confidentiality.</li>
</ul>
 QUALIFICATIONS: 
<ul>
<li> Valid CNA certification required for Connecticut.</li>
<li> Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li>
<li> Compassionate, resident-centered attitude; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li>
<li> Physical stamina and ability to lift, turn, move, and assist residents - including bending, standing, and walking as required by resident care.</li>
<li> Comfortable working in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment; previous experience preferred but not required.</li>
<li> Dependable attendance and reliability; ability to work collaboratively as part of a care team while respecting resident dignity and safety.</li>

Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Set up and operate complex, precision jobs with minimal supervision</li>
<li>CNC Programming, Editing and Set Up A PLUS</li>
<li>Hold size and profile tolerances within .0002</li>
<li>Perform first piece in process inspection using standard measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, height gauges and dial gauges</li>
<li>Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling</li>
<li>Maintain clean, organized and safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements. Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High School diploma or equivalent education and experience required</li>
<li>1-3 years of CNC with operation or machining experience </li>
<li>Demonstrated skill working in a team environment</li>
<li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing a plus</li>
