RN Supervisor for Day Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
What You'll Do:
As a Nursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness and compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery</li>
<li>Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation</li>
<li>Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans</li>
<li>Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards</li>
<li>Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols</li>

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include:

<li>Valid state nursing license</li>
<li>Advanced degree or certification preferred</li>
<li>Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred</li>
<li>Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care</li>
<li>Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both</li>
<li>Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills</li>
