Job Summary

Job Description
As Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing Access Control Officers (ACOs) during assigned shifts on large projects or campus environments, reporting to the Site Logistics Leader or Area Logistics Leader, depending on project size. 
 Your job will be to ensure consistent operational performance, maintain compliance with site requirements, and support all workforce logistics. Broadly, the Shift Leader acts as the first line of leadership for ACOs and, when the Site Logistics Leader is not onsite, serves as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders. In this way the position mirrors many functions of the Site Logistics Leader but on a smaller scale, with focus on shift-level supervision and execution.
 In the bigger picture, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with customers and internal stakeholders and delivering the highest-quality service across construction environments that are continually changing, dynamic, and uncertain. This requires an obsessive commitment to understanding customers' and colleagues’ values, immediate and evolving needs, and preferences, to enable them to maximize success on each project and across their broader project portfolio and enterprise.

 Key Responsibilities
 This position involves the following responsibilities.

<li>Shift Oversight and Compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs assigned to a specific shift or project within a campus. Ensure all ACOs are properly deployed, trained, and supported during their shifts. Monitor compliance with company policies, customer expectations, and site-specific protocols. </li>
<li>Operational Leadership: Act as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable. Serve as escalation point for shift-level issues, including site access concerns, scheduling adjustments, and urgent workforce matters. Coordinate directly with Site Logistics Leader to relay shift updates, challenges, and performance concerns. </li>
<li>Workforce Management: Verify attendance, time in/out compliance, and overall performance of shift personnel. Provide real-time coaching and support to ACOs, ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service. Report performance concerns or disciplinary matters to Site Logistics Leader for follow-up. </li>
<li>Customer &amp; Stakeholder Interaction: Serve as point of contact for customer representatives during assigned shifts. Communicate site conditions, workforce movements, and shift-level concerns clearly and professionally. Support a positive relationship between Sitemetric, general contractors, and subcontractors onsite. </li>
<li>Logistics &amp; Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate records related to shift operations (attendance logs, incident reports, site access data). Ensure equipment and technology are functioning properly during the shift, escalating technical issues as needed. Support scheduling adjustments and shift coverage planning in coordination with Site Logistics Leader.</li>

Skills &amp; Qualifications

<li>Prior experience as an Access Control Officer or in a similar leadership/supervisory role preferred. </li>
<li>Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. </li>

Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (Ready To Ship - RTS) FLSA Status: Non-exempt
 Summary: Inspect parts, products and/or processes to insure conformance with standards. Inspects materials or products using fixed or variable measuring instruments. Checks for irregularities and defects. Compares product with parts list to ensure completion of assembly. Verifies specified dimensions on product or material by performing the following duties.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Inspect each home when notified it is "Ready and Complete" by Final Finish Supervisor. "Ready and Complete" means that all work and final cleaning has been done. • Utilize check sheet and inspect each room and exterior for obvious cosmetic defects. • Ensure that the unit meets cleanliness standards for shipping. • Follow-up on repairs- they will be continuous. RTS person will personally inspect each item written up on the check sheet to verify that a quality repair has been made and that no other damage happens during the repair process and/or any additional clean-up is necessary • Verify all ship loose material is loaded per ship loose check sheet. • Coordinates with engineering, sales and manufacturing personnel to effectively resolve problems related to product design, materials, specifications and/or manufacturing operations. • Ensures all quality control policies, procedures, directives and systems within compliance of company and/or applicable federal regulations, continually strives to increase the level of quality assurance within the facility. • Ensures all safety policies and procedures are followed in accordance with guidelines established by the Company in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Job Description 
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with local employers and community agencies, focusing on developing work experience sites, leading to participant employment opportunities.
• Interviews participants to gather information on correct appropriate site match and make timely referrals to work experience locations.
• Conduct all employment background checks for participants and work experience site supervisors
• Collect participants timesheets on a bi-weekly basis
• Address any participant performance issues that may arise at the worksite.
• Conduct site visits quarterly.
• File management
• CWDS database management
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications 
• Strong communication
• Customer Service and organizational skills.
• Must possess skills in developing, maintaining, and testing reporting systems, with experience in database management, networking, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiarity with working with TANF and at-risk youth between the ages of 17-24.
• 1-3 years' experience in Career Counseling or Employment Services and knowledge of workforce services.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to prioritize and work on numerous projects simultaneously
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
