<li>Reviews logs, datasheets, and reports to assess production.</li>
<li>Identifies process abnormalities or inefficiencies then addresses those problems by determining and implementing appropriate changes.</li>
<li>Submits periodic production reports to the Plant Manager or other appropriate staff.</li>
<li>Ensures employee compliance with plant safety, environmental, and operational standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Along with other departments, implements new production processes and required equipment.</li>
<li>Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.</li>
<li>Train, coach and supervise employees to attain optimum performance considering every employee.</li>
<li>Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.</li>
<li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements:
 Education and Experience 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in business management, mechanical engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/MRP Systems.</li>
<li>Suitable time management and organizational skills, and able to work independently.</li>
<li>Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving production goals.</li>
<li>At least five years of related experience required, preferably in a manufacturing/sheet metal environment.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Lean Six Sigma training and certification is a plus.</li>
</ul>
 
Knowledge / Skills

* Clinical Consultations: Conduct thorough skin assessments and develop customized, multi-modality treatment plans to achieve patient goals.

* Retail Excellence: Curate medical-grade skincare regimens (e.g., SkinCeuticals, Zo Skin Health, Obagi) to enhance procedural results.
* Safety &amp; Compliance: Maintain meticulous treatment records and adhere to all medical protocols and sanitation standards.
Who You Are...
* Experienced: Minimum of [2+] years of experience in a medical spa or cosmetic dermatology setting.
* Credentialed Aesthetic Nurse: Valid Nevada RN license.
* Aesthetician: Valid Nevada Esthetician or Cosmetology license.
* Laser Tech: Relevant certifications (CLT) as required by state law.
