The Emulsion/Mix Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing operations within the Red Diamond Emulsion and Mix Plant, with a focus on the safe, compliant, and efficient production of emulsion and mixed blasting products used in industrial blasting operations for construction, mining, and quarrying. What You'll Do:
<ul>
<li>Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe any unusual circumstances.</li>
<li>Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site and Allied Universal guidelines.</li>
<li>Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance to tenants, employees, and visitors as needed.</li>
<li>Collaborate with property management and/or emergency personnel in response to incidents or emergencies.</li>
<li>Remain alert to surroundings and report any maintenance issues or hazards discovered during patrols.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul>
<li>A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
