We are seeking a results-driven Maintenance Manager of OA/OA/OEE and Equipment Reliability for our Airfoils Segment! Your Impact
The Event Services Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of NERC’s meetings and events logistics, from inception to completion, in coordination with contracted event services companies (Maritz and Etherio) and in collaboration with NERC’s Corporate Support Team. This includes internal meetings to large-scale industry events. This role also will have management responsibilities for the Meetings and Events Coordinator and any and contract resources assigned to Meetings and Events. 
This position reports to the Director, Business Operations. It is classified as Local – DC. 
Your Role
<ul>
<li>Working with event management firms, source location and provide oversight and planning of meeting and event logistics (space, hotel rooms, transportation, catering, etc.) for all board, board committee, standing committee meetings, NERC sponsored workshops and offsite meetings at hotels, DC Collaboration Hub and Roam co-working or other offsite locations as required.</li>
<li>Development and management of centralized meeting and event planning operating model for NERC. Creation and maintenance of department standard operating procedures. Educate NERC staff on procedures. </li>
<li>Research, propose, develop and implement operating model enhancements that translate into efficiencies and cost savings for NERC meetings. Document these recommendations and the benefits. Where appropriate, use corporate rewards programs to reduce costs for meetings. </li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors to ensure ongoing support and collaboration for events, ensuring an engaging experience. </li>

The position will be based in a designated geographic region. This RSA will support the security team's overall client coverage and entail performing protection activities at a designated site located in Washington, DC. Essential Functions and Responsibilities

<li>Provide static protection and other security-related duties for the client at a designated site.</li>
<li>Effectively manage family members to ensure safety and security precautions are maintained.</li>
<li>Respond to emergencies and perform adequate medical first aid operations.</li>
<li>Deescalate tense situations or individuals that arise during the conduct of a mission.</li>
<li>Communicate vulnerabilities or safety concerns promptly.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with clients and management through incident reports and other administrative tools.</li>
<li>Conduct area patrols in and around the site and report suspicious activity.</li>
<li>Assist with protection schedules and team assignments.</li>
<li>Operate and maintain protective, operational, and communications equipment, including a vehicle.</li>
<li>Promptly identify and escalate deficiencies/failures and security gaps.</li>
<li>Assist with intelligence and other duties within the Command Post.</li>

<li>Basic medical first aid training, AED; CPR certification preferred.</li>
<li>Unarmed license through DCRA/DLCP registered through SOMB in addition to SPO unarmed and armed licenses (Preferred).</li>
<li>DLCP Guard Permit (Preferred).</li>
<li>DLCP Armed Card&nbsp;(Preferred).</li>
<li>D.C. Concealed Permit (CCW)&nbsp;(Preferred).</li>

<li>Hours: 6:00pm - 6:00am</li>
<li>7 days a week</li>
<li>24/7 availability to the client while on a task.</li>

Fraser is looking for a Case Management Supervisor to support the Hennepin County CADI &amp; DD team! We seek someone that is organized, has the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands, has consultative skills to address staff or client concerns, and someone who values a team approach and relationship building.

Responsibilities:
The Supervisor is responsible for 1:1 consultation, overseeing day to day operations, completing staff performance evaluations, assisting with onboarding and training of new staff, assisting with recruitment and hiring in collaboration with Human Resources and Operations, providing management of caseloads and transfers of clients, and working in collaboration with the Case Manager Program Managers.
The Supervisor will also perform case management duties in the absence of a Case Manager as requested, will routinely conduct quality assurance internal file audits for the staff supervised to assure compliance, and routinely observe, evaluate and monitor service delivery methods to assure services are provided in a person-centered manner. 
Location and Schedule:
This position is salaried exempt, working Monday - Friday during standard business hours at Fraser Bloomington and virtual office. Supervisors are expected to work in the office at least 2 days per week and can work remotely up to 3 days per week. 
Supervisors meet with their staff 1:1 on a weekly basis (virtually or in person); once per month this meeting must be conducted in person.
Supervisors meet with their teams monthly (virtually or in person); meetings must be attended in person at least once every two months.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $73,000.
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>BA/BS in social work, special education, psychology, nursing, or other human services related fields required. If degree is in social work, licensure is required.</li>
<li>One year of experience providing social work services in a public or private social service agency required.</li>
<li>At least one year of experience in the education or treatment of persons with developmental disabilities or related conditions (QDDP qualified).</li>
<li>Minimum of two years of experience in case management required, supervisory/managerial experience preferred.</li>
<li>Ability to pass DHS background study required.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, in both verbal and written English.</li>

<li>Basic mathematical skills, with the ability to develop and monitor budgets, interpret accounting reports, and prepare accurate billing information.</li>
