QUALIFICATIONS
Education &amp; Experience:

<li>Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.</li>
<li>Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligibility for licensure due to Compact state agreement outlined through the MD Board of Nursing is required.</li>
<li>BSN required. Master’s degree preferred.</li>
<li>BCLS certification is required. ACLS certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Nursing Administration or clinical certification preferred.</li>
<li>A minimum of three to five years of management experience in the ED is required.</li>
<li>Minimum of three (3) years of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting; including one (1) year Charge Nurse experience. Proven clinical competence and proficiency in the area of specialty is required.</li>
