Now Hiring: Phlebotomist II – Woodbury, MN (Full-Time, Onsite)
Location: 1687 Woodlane Dr, Woodbury, MN 55125
Schedule: Weekdays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Join one of the most respected names in diagnostics! We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Phlebotomist II to provide excellent patient care and accurate specimen collection at our Woodbury Patient Service Center in Woodbury, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality blood draws from patients of all ages – including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Handle both forensic and clinical specimen collection
• Ensure patient demographic verification and accurate specimen labeling
• Prepare specimens for lab testing according to procedures
• Maintain required documentation and uphold professional standards
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate superior customer focus and a commitment to confidentiality and patient care
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA)
• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience required
• At least 2 years experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Strong skills in pediatric and geriatric blood collection
• Proficiency in data entry and patient interaction
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and cover multiple locations if needed
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. This is a contingent contract position , with potential opportunities for future engagement.
