Position: RN Charge Nurse - Vent Unit
Schedule: 7pm - 7am, 36 hours per week
Sign-On Bonus: $2500 for Full-Time Positions
What You'll Do:
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans</li>
<li>Administering medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed</li>
<li>Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical information</li>
<li>Providing wound care and other nursing interventions as needed</li>
<li>Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care delivery</li>
<li>Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care</li>
</ul>
