Note: This is a Float position covering locations including St Pete, Park Blvd, MacDill, Carrollwood, Brandon, Sun City, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, and Sarasota Springs.
Essential Functions:
- Operate mammography equipment and perform various related procedures.
- Develop and evaluate films for technical quality, including density, contrast, definition, and distortion.
- Explain procedures and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventive breast health.
- Maintain accurate records and files, and ensure equipment is clean and properly adjusted.
- Utilize standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
- Leverage your experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Registration as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
- Current Radiology and Mammography license in the state.
- Valid hands-on CPR certification.
Physical Demands:
This position may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods, and frequent standing and walking.
Dress Attire:
Business casual or scrubs, depending on the department.
