Senior Care Therapy is seeking full-time or part-time Licensed Psychologists to join our mission of providing in-person psychotherapy services to the geriatric population. We currently serve over 300 Skilled Nursing Facilities including sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted livings throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD.&nbsp;&nbsp;

Key Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.</li>
<li>Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions, including depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and cognitive decline.</li>
<li>Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the needs of each patient.</li>
<li>Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to support patient care.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our clinician-designed electronic medical/health system (EHR).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.</li>
</ul>
&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology for an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in State applying for.</li>
<li>Effective oral and written communication in English</li>
<li>Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).</li>
<li>Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.</li>
<li>Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.</li>
<li>Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility throughout the day.</li>
<li>Full Vaccination and Booster Status may be required in some facilities.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Previous clinical experience in a subacute, long-term care, or geriatric healthcare setting.</li>
<li>History of treating Anxiety, Depression and Adjustment Disorders.&nbsp;</li>
<ul>
<li>Psych or Addictions experience is a plus.</li>
</ul>
<li>Excellent time management and organizational skills.&nbsp;</li>
