Now seeking a full time MRI Technologist at Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. $5,000 sign on bonus!!
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

<li>Perform routine diagnostic radiological procedures/services as appropriate to the TO.</li>
<li>Adhere to radiation safety policies and procedures in accordance with Radiology Department policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Send appropriate image series to the radiologist for reading according to MTF protocol.</li>
<li>Correctly position the patient for the examination and make technical adjustments necessary for the required examination. Determine if any special patient preparation is required.</li>
<li>Process digital images and submit for interpretation by radiologists.</li>
<li>Document all procedures and maintain records in accordance with MTF policy.</li>
<li>As directed, perform system calibrations and quality control tasks according to the manufacturer and MTF policy. Recognize artifacts and equipment errors and notify designated Government personnel of outlying values.</li>
<li>Initiate repair call procedures for equipment malfunctions by notifying designated Government personnel. Report problems to the Biomedical Repair Section and record the problem condition in the trouble call log book.</li>
<li>Observe and report to the radiologist any symptoms which have direct bearing on the patient's condition as a result of adverse reaction to contrast media and inform the radiologist of any condition requiring his/her attention. Recognize the need for and institute the necessary emergency measures for situations where a person requires resuscitation procedures due to cardiac or respiratory arrest.</li>

Work Schedule:
Sunday - Saturday, 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, 7a-7p or 7p-7a, not to exceed 80 hours every 2 weeks

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduate from an academic program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
Experience: Possess at least one (1) year full-time experience independently operating MRI equipment. 
Licensure/Certification: Current registration as a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Must maintain currency during the duration of the contract.
Life Support Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA or ARC 
Security: Must be able to pass a Government background check and obtain a Government security clearance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Conducts outpatient therapy and/or ancillary groups as assigned for treatment court participants according to the written criteria, policies and procedures. This includes individual, group and family therapy. </li>
<li>Prepare timely and accurate records on patients and maintain substantial compliance on medical records audits. Assures all records meet state and CARF standards. </li>

Job Title: Mental Health Therapist
Location: North Bethesda, Maryland 
Work Environment: Teen &amp; Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center 
Schedule: Full-TimeMonday to Friday 
Compensation: $70,000-$87,000 annual salary (dependent on license and experience) 
About The Role 
As a Primary Therapist, you will lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate their mental health and dual-diagnosis challenges. In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, you will implement evidence-based treatment plans and empower clients to achieve their recovery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client's needs.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and the clinical team.</li>
<li>Ensure all clinical documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with organizational and insurance standards.</li>
<li>Participate in utilization reviews and discussions on medical necessity with insurance providers as needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate with families to ensure alignment on treatment goals and progress.</li>
<li>Actively contribute to program development, performance improvement initiatives, and family programming.</li>
<li>Foster collaboration within the treatment team to ensure a cohesive and supportive care environment.</li>
<li>Assist in recruiting and mentoring clinical staff to uphold high standards of care.</li>
<li>Represent the organization positively in interactions with families, referral sources, and community partners. </li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Candidates applying for this position should be aware that an offer for employment in this position is contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check, encompassing criminal records and motor vehicle reports.</li>
<li>A master's degree in behavioral health science (Clinical Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field) is Required</li>
<li>An active license in the state of Maryland in good standing is required
<ul>
<li>LGPC / LCPC / LMSW / LCSW-C / LGMFT / LCMFT</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>An ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience, including experience with clients from the age of 13 – 30 in a detox, residential, partial hospitalization ("PHP"), and/or intensive outpatient ("IOP) setting</li>
<li>Candidates must demonstrate a proven ability to manage diverse caseloads while maintaining a high standard of care.</li>
